The latest Michael Jackson lawsuit got the family all messed up.Mike just got another lien placed on his two primary residences, Neverland Valley Ranch in Los Olivos, Calif., and his parents’ home on Hayvenhurst Avenue in Encino, Calif.
F. Marc Schaffel, Jackson’s former business partner and a sometime gay porno producer, won a judgment against Jackson two weeks ago in Santa Monica for $559,305.25. This was one of the outcomes of a lawsuit Schaffel brought against Jackson in November 2004 for $4 million.
This time, though, Schaffel’s lawyer, Howard King, convinced a judge to issue a lien on both properties until Jackson comes up with the money, plus hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees.

I'm gonna disagree there. Say what you want, but these rappers really seem to be about business nowadays. Did anybody else watch the Forbes Hip-Hop Millionaires show about a week ago? Listen to what some of those guys were saying about business and brands and whatnot. I think some of these rappers are smarter than we give them credit for. A lot of them learned from what happened to Hammer.
As for Janet, she's got money(about a 150mil worth) she just has sense ebough to stay the hell away from her crazy ass family. Hence why she's the ONLY one that still has money. Maybe she'll let the parents move into her house in L.A., assuming she still has one.

From what I had gathered about Janet is that she has been taking care of all of the expenses for her family (including brothers Jermaine and Tito) and decided to cut the strings.
I believe that she was still taking care of her mom and dad and the home they lived in, but you can still have lien placed on your home even though you are paying on it. Mike and Whitney are prime examples of how to blow millions of dollars on bullshit. Idiots.

1.) One, he can't be touching lil boys no more

I've seen interviews where he would be (OC Out of the Country) Shopping through a store and just pointing to shit and saying that he "wants this, and this and that" and shit and these stores ablige and just charge shit to his credit cards, etc.
This is a hot damned shame that the Jacksons did not get together and form their own record company/entertainment company over the years, thus, they would had been leaving a legacy of their family name and for the future of their children and other aspiring artists.
