Chris got into a fight with Neville Dangou, 30, who was arrested and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon and released on $1000. Chris was rushed to St. Vincent's Hospital and treated for face lacerations. Doctors said he is not in danger of losing his sight.

Stranger Posted Mychal's Bail

Dr. Stephen Ayers, who lives about 135 miles away from Jena said he felt compelled to help the family of Mychal Bell by posting the teen's bond and allowing him to go home for the first time in 10 months.

Ayers, 42, of Lake Charles in southwestern Louisiana, said Friday that he isn't politically active and isn't usually one to "get into things like this." But then a patient whose feet hurt after the march gave him a report on the event, in which Ayers did not participate.

"I was concerned about what was going on up there and thought the district attorney was a bit harsh in his treatment of Mr. Bell," said Ayers, who is black but added that his race was not his motivation. "I really thought it was overkill."

Bell was released from custody Thursday on $45,000 bail after District Attorney Reed Walters announced that he would abandon adult charges against him. Ayers posted $5,400, the required 12 percent bond set by a judge Thursday.

Michael Vick Sued By 2nd Bank

An Indiana bank sued suspended Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick for not repaying loans involving a car rental business. 1st Source Bank of South Bend said in a federal lawsuit it suffered damages of at least $2 million because Vick and Divine Seven LLC of Atlanta had refused to pay for the vehicles. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages. Last week, the Royal Bank of Canada sued Vick in federal court in Virginia for more than $2.3 million that it said he had planned to use for real estate investments.

Vick signed loan agreements as the chief financial officer of Divine Seven, which bought at least 130 vehicles, including many Kia Spectra and Ford Taurus cars, through 1st Source Bank loans, according to documents filed in U.S. District Court in South Bend on Wednesday.

According to the lawsuit, 1st Source Bank made a written demand for payment Aug. 24, but Vick and Divine Seven have "failed and refused to pay." The bank has been able to repossess most of the cars, which will limit Vick's financial liability in the lawsuit, said John Griffith, the corporate counsel for 1st Source Bank. The lawsuit said Vick and the company agreed to their first loans with the bank in January, about three months before authorities began investigating his involvement in a Virginia dogfighting operation.

According to several sources, Michael Jackson either is going to or already has married his kid's nanny, Grace Rwaramba. The National Enquirer has copies of a loan application that lists Michael as a "married man" but the New York Daily news said Grace may still married to her first husband, because she never showed up for her last divorce hearing.

Mychal Bell, a black teen accused of beating a white classmate and the last of the "Jena 6" behind bars, was released from custody today after a juvenile court judge set his bail at $45,000.

Vick Sued For 2.3 Million

Suspended Falcons quarterback Michael Vick is being sued by the Royal Bank of Canada, which claims that when he ceased receiving paychecks as an NFL player, he violated the terms of a $2.5 million loan. The Daily Press reports that the loan contract Vick signed has a clause that says if Vick experiences an employment change that might affect his ability to repay the loan, that constitutes a default. The complaint filed by the bank says that Vick owes $2.3 million, plus $499 of interest a day, and the bank wants Vick to pay its legal fees.

DMX Dog Autopsies Shows Scars

Two dogs found buried at a home belonging to rapper DMX had serious wounds, authorities investigating neglect allegations said Saturday. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said one dog had serious bite wounds and another had trauma to its abdomen, but causes of death were not determined. A third dog was burned so badly an exam was inconclusive, reports the AP. The investigation stems from an Aug. 24 raid of DMX's Phoenix home, when police were probing allegations of animal neglect. Police seized 12 live pit bulls, numerous weapons, and about a quarter-ounce of marijuana from the property. "We have 12 dogs who were abused and three dogs buried in the yard," Arpaio said, "someone's going to have to pay."

The FBI is reviewing a white supremacist Web site that lists the addresses and phone numbers of five of the six black teenagers accused of beating a white student in Jena and "essentially called for their lynching," an agency spokeswoman said Saturday. Sheila Thorne, an agent in the FBI's New Orleans office, said authorities were reviewing whether the site breaks any federal laws. She said the FBI had "gathered intelligence on the matter."

OJ Charged With 10 Felonies

Prosecutors filed formal charges Tuesday against O.J. Simpson, alleging the fallen football star committed 10 felonies, including kidnapping, in the armed robbery of sports memorabilia collectors in a casino-hotel room. Simpson, 60, was booked on five felony counts, including suspicion of assault and robbery with a deadly weapon. District Attorney David Roger filed those charges and added five other felonies, including kidnapping and conspiracy to commit kidnapping, according to court documents.

Fresh Shaq And Shaunie Dirt

Folks are still going back and forth on the Shaunie and her trainer rumor, but bump that, I got some fresh mess. First of all they're saying Shaq and Shaunie have been apart for several months now. And that Shaq is back with his used to be boo, a chick by the name of Shelly Sumpter who works for Nickelodeon and got dumped by Chris Lighty after he got her pregnant with a set of twins he don't claim. It Was A Total Set Up

Yeah so, today it comes out that the guy, Tom Riccio, who made the audio tape of the OJ break-in was also the one who told OJ about those guys having his stuff and geeked him up to go get it back. Riccio also told the cops OJ may have set up offshore bank accounts to hide money that would have otherwise gone to the family of murder victim Ron Goldman. Riccio is the only one of the OJ break-in crew who has not been arrested.

Mychael Bell Not Released From Prison

After sitting in jail for 10 months and having his conviction thrown out of court last Friday, Jena 6 defendant Mychael Bell was not released from prison yesterday as expected because neither the prosecutor nor the judge showed up for his bond hearing.

"We showed up. There was nobody there," said Bob Noel, lawyer for 17-year-old Mychal Bell of Jena, La. "No DA, no judge."

A woman who answered the phone at District Attorney Reed Walters' office said he had no bail procedure on his calendar.

OJ's Armed Robbery Caught On Audio

Does it sound fishy to anyone else that OJ pulling that room invasion was caught on audio tape by one of his "boys" and then turned over to the cops? The tape was recorded by Thomas Riccio, who co-owns Universal Rarities auction house . Riccio met up with Simpson just before the confrontation at the Palace Station Casino on Thursday night. Riccio turned his Olympus digital voice recorder on just before the group entered the room.

OJ Simpson robbed somebody at gunpoint last Thursday. I'm not lying. This sports memorabilia collector arraigned a meeting at the Palace Station hotel in Las Vegas with a potential buyer for the suit OJ was wearing when he was acquitted of killing Nicole Brown Simpson. Why the buyer show up, and it was OJ and two of his friends? They pulled guns on the dude and told him to box up some of the stuff. OJ says he only took back personal pictures.
The investigation is on going.

Conviction Against Mychal Bell Tossed

The second degree battery conviction against Jena 6 defendant Mychal Bell, for his part in the lumping up of Justin Barker,has been thrown out of court. Mychal is expected to be released from prison, where he has been held since December, by Monday. Second degree battery charges against Carwin Jones and Theodore Shaw have also been reduced, while Robert Bailey, Bryant Purvis, and Jesse Ray Beard, all out on $70,000 bails, remain charged with attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

Fast forward to last year. Sarah had a baby girl that Diddy begged her to abort and rumors flew that this was not the first time she'd been pregnant by him. At the ripe old age of 35, Sarah felt it was now or never, figuring she was too old to have an abortion. Diddy cut her off for a while and never acknowledged their child together.

OJ Wanted For Questioning In Burglary

What the hell?! O.J. Simpson is being questioned today about a robbery that took place at the Palace Station casino in Las Vegas, police have confirmed. Several other people are also being questioned. The robbery took place late Thursday night. It was unclear whether it occurred on the casino floor or in a guest room. There is also a report that Simpson is accused of breaking into a room at the Palace Station casino on Thursday, but this has not been confirmed.

One Charge Reduced New Charges Added

The good news is Remy's attempted murder charge for shooting her friend in the stomach over $2000.00 has been reduced to first degree assault. The bad news is Remy and her boys jumped one of the witnesses's boyfriend's and may be looking at new charges of witness-tampering and gang-assault. Check, it. Remy and her boys were hanging out in a Bronx club when she approached dude and his friend and said, "Your girlfriend's changing her [phone] number on me, and people are taking the stand." They say Remy's boys came over and next thing you know, the two dudes are in the hospital, one with a broken jaw and the other with fractures in his skull. Remy will find out next Thursday if she will have to face the new charges.
