TMZ got their hands on the the final coroner's report on the death of Donda West...
The L.A. County Coroner has concluded that Kanye's mom died of "coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors due to or as a consequence of liposuction and mammoplasty." Plainly put, she had a heart attack after the surgery. The report indicates her final manner of death "could not be determined." The coroner says several things could have played a role in her death, but they could not say for sure what exactly killed her, adding there was no evidence that anesthesia -- or even the surgery -- caused or contributed to her death. It was reported extensively that Donda West had cosmetic surgery the day before her death -- performed by Dr. Jan Adams, who was not board certified in plastic surgery. It was also reported that another doctor refused to operate on Donda West before Dr. Adams came into the picture. The other doc had said she had a medical condition that made her a candidate for a heart attack. The Coroner's report narrative states that Stephen Scoggins (Donda's nephew), a nurse with an advanced degree in Public Health, was called by a friend of Donda to go to the surgery center where the procedures were performed, because Ms. West was not "waking up soon enough." The narrative given by this site is lacking to say the least, I will assiduously read the report and report back. The chick was vomiting black stuff. the heart attack part is unfortunate, but as a result of what. what was the cause. Answer the fucking question.
SAD FOR HER FROM GETTING PLASTIC SURGERY
As a ex-EMT Tech, I am more than qualified to read the autopsy report, I have assisted in 4 autopsies myself.
With that said, the results are as follows:
1. Dondi had 50 - 70% "narrowing of coronary arteries". [this is why the previous surgeon turned her away] With these readings she was the worst candidate to receive any procedure especially elective. Not for nothing she should have had by-pass surgery not cosmetic surgery.
2. She suffered from thyroid disease and was taken medication for that that.
3. She ate a "Substantial" meal after surgery.
4. She was taking Vicodin for the pain and was already taking the thyroid medication.****
5. She had some bandage around her torso which constricted her breathing and she was already having trouble breathing.
So you pick one or more factors and there you go. She was a surgical cowgirl, and they said she was obese to top it off. Then she didn't stay at a hospital post-op. If you ask me that was the most significant factor. At a hospital they would have caught all these things and she would still be alive. I am sorry for the West family, but that is my limited analysis.
There are some side bar issues such as the incisions weren't asymmetrical and discordant.
^^^As an ex-pharmacy technician I would say that point 4 had no bearing on her death. Vicodin does not interact with any thyroid medication I know of.
Vanity is a bitch. RIP Donda West, but you should have been having angioplasty or bypass surgery instead of cosmetic surgery.
Good now we can let this alone and let her peace and let him mourn.

I hope this helps the next person who is thinking they "HAVE" to get some surgery to improve themself even if it means ignoring vital information. Most people just never think these things will happen to them.
I hope Kanye is doing better and we see he has a good woman and friends to help him through.

Black women for the most part yall are beautiful creatures so STOP following these confused NEVER satisfied white women. I understand the need to have your personal appearance on par. The gym and eating healthy is the way. The quick fix ie..plastic surgery is not always safe as we see with Kanye's mother. Don't forget genetics plays a huge part in your physical appearance. Be happy with who you are God designed your blueprint.

I am sure that few benefitted from your lame attempt at reading the autopsy report and pointing out simple facts. Vanity is a bitch..she knew damn well she should not have had that surgery.She was obese..and was still eating after the fact...my condolences.almost sounds like she killed herself..She wanted to look good not be healthy

Not a hip hop fan; just finished reading "Raising Kayne" by Ms. West; did not know until a minute or so ago she passed~just months after the book was published.
Eerie how she wrote about life after death and stuff. She said Kayne told her once she should go to Jenny Craig; she was not mad at him; said she thought he thought a dress made her look fat.
Maybe she should have listened to him then. Yet she had a great life, especially growing up in the 1950s with Jim Crow USA. RIP
Her son is a talentless, overrated hack. It's pretty sad that presented with unlimited money she wanted to risk death (and thus the life-long misery and pain of her family and friends) for cosmetic purposes. After being turned down by one doctor for blatantly legitimate reasons, it seems like she got was she deserved.
