He has been sentenced to three years and he should be in custody.” That, coupled the fact that they had a helluva time getting his ass back from Africa when all this tax business first went down, I'm not too sure if this is going end in Wesley's favor... but good luck with that!

Dr. Jan Racks Up Another DUI

Dr. Jan Adams, the plastic surgeon who operated on Kanye West's mother the night before she died, was arrested yesterday in California on suspicion of drunk driving.

According to the CHP, a 2:45 AM officers saw Adams' 2004 gray Jag XJ8 driving the wrong way up an off ramp on the 680 freeway just outside Benicia, Calif., just about a half hour from Oakland. After failing a field sobriety test, he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, driving the wrong way and driving on a suspended license. This is Adams' third DUI arrest since 2003.

Oh, and yesterday Dr. Jan lost his license to practice medicine in California for non-payment of child support. This is the second time he license was suspended for being a deadbeat dad. He can be reinstated as soon as his support is caught up.

An agreement filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court shows that Kimora Lee is getting ready to pull in $40,000 a month in child support. Good daddy, Russell Simmons, has agreed to continue payments for his daughter Ming Lee, now 8, until 2019, and for Aoki, now 5 until 2022.

DMX Is All Fucked Up

Usually DMX blog space is reserved for his latest arrest, this time it's because he's about to lose his 5th avenue Townhouse. Back in 2004 DMX agreed to endorse a line of dog clothes, but he never showed up for any promotions so the company sued his ass to the tune of $281,000.00 plus interest. So, to settle the judgement, X's property, a vacant townhouse he bought as an investment, on Fifth Ave. and East 124th Street is being auctioned off on Aug. 13 unless DMX can come up with the money. At one point your boy transferred the property to a company owned by his wife Tashera, in an effort to protect it from being sold, but on June 9, the dog clothes company obtained a court order stating the 2006 deed transferring the property to Tashera's company was fraudulent, paving the way for the August sale. The auction is expected to bring in more than a million dollars, but there's a long line of creditors waiting to get paid so X ain't expected to see a dime of the money.

Arrest In Javon Walker Case

Cops arrested one suspect and is seeking another in the Javon Walker kidnapping and beating case. Police said Arfat Fadel, of Las Vegas, was accused of multiple felonies, including kidnapping, robbery, battery and conspiracy in the June 16 robbery that left Oakland Raider Javon Walker unconscious in a Las Vegas Hotel driveway with a broken eye socket and $103,000.00 lighter in the pockets.

Lt. Clinton Nichols said at a news conference, "The suspects knew who Mr. Walker was. He did not know who they were. Whether they were part of his entourage or not remains to be seen. He willingly got in their vehicle [a black Range Rover] on his own. We're unsure why." Nichols also said the two men were seen in some of the crowded nightclubs where Walker was shown on surveillance videotapes partying from about 9 p.m. June 15, until shortly before he was found unconscious at 7:19 a.m. the next morning about a block east of the Las Vegas Strip.

Fadel was booked on the Walker case while he was being held at the Clark County jail on unrelated kidnapping and battery domestic violence charges after an arrest Friday, jail records show.

As of last Friday, televangelist Juanita Bynum and Bishop Thomas Weeks are no longer man and wife. Naomi Campbell has been sentenced to 200 hours of community service after pleading guilty to assaulting two police officers following an "air rage" incident at London's Heathrow Airport. She has also been ordered to pay $400 to each of the police officers she attacked and $300 to Miles Sutherland, the captain of the British Airways plane she disrupted, in addition to a $4,600 fine.

Caught

Two years ago a childhood friend of T.I. was killed in a drive-by shooting after friction at a concert after-party in a Cincinnati night club. What had happened was, T.I. and his group was in the VIP. Local hoodstars, brothers, Hosea, 34, and Padron Thomas, 40, wanted to get in VIP but couldn't. A scuffle broke out and at one point one of the brothers was hit in the head with a bottle. Tempers also flared in the club when Young Jock started throwing money into the crowd. Anyway, when Tip and them left in two vans, the Thomas brothers followed in two SUVs. Next thing you know, there's gunfire being exchanged from their moving vehicles, killing T.I.'s best friend, Philant Johnson, and wounding several others. T.I. was slightly injured by flying glass.

Hosea Thomas, who has a criminal history that includes drug possession and trafficking convictions, was arrested in the 6900 block of Montgomery Road in Silverton and was booked into the Hamilton County Jail Wednesday morning without bond.

Padron Thomas, a listed sex offender, was previously convicted of robbery and rape. He is in the custody of the U.S. Marshal’s Service for an unrelated drug case.

The Thomas brothers were each charged with murder and seven counts of felonious assault – one for each person inside the rapper’s vehicles. Hosea Thomas was also charged with having weapons despite a previous conviction and Padron Thomas was also charged with tampering with evidence.

Charles Barkley Enters Poker Tournament

A month after vowing not to gamble for a year, after being sued by a Las Vegas Casino for failure to repay $400,000 in loans and markers, Charles Barkley is scheduled to play in a celebrity poker tournament at the 2008 World Series of Poker on July 2.

Players in the tournament put up $5,000 to play, and are asked to donate at least half their winnings to "Ante Up for Africa" to bring awareness for the crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan.

50 Says Shaniqua Won't Let Him Talk To Marquise

50 says that when he found out his son Marquise's cell phone was destroyed in the fire, he sent him a new one, along with a duffel bag of new clothes, but Shaniqua "failed and refused to give the cell phone to Marquise." 50's lawyers say, "The only way 50 can communicate with his son is to call Shaniqua's cell phone. On June 11 she did allow 50 to speak with his son, but she hovered over Marquise, monitoring the conversation and, and after a short while, snatched the phone from him and began yelling at 50," who eventually hung up on her. Shaniqua has "made it practically impossible" for 50 to speak to or see his son, according to a petition filed this week in Suffolk County Family Court.

50 says her behavior is a "willful violation" of their custody agreement and is asking for a court order to put him back in touch with his son. 50 is also suing Shaniqua for defamation for telling anybody who will listen that he is the one behind the blaze that burned her and Marquis' Dix Hills home to the ground. "Besides hurting his [50's] reputation, the rumors have had a damaging impact on their son. There comes a point where you can no longer sit on your hands and listen to her spread these falsehoods," say 50's lawyers

Jeezy got popped at 2am on Buford Hwy yesterday in Atlanta for speeding, driving with no proof of insurance or license plate, having an open container, reckless driving and driving impaired by alcohol or drugs.

He was released from the Atlanta City Detention Center a few hours later on a $4,100 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court July 17.

DNA Tests Pending

While Lil Wayne is no doubt somewhere celebrating selling a million+ copies of "The Carter III", there's an ominous cloud hanging over his head. [And I'm not talking about his addiction to lean, either.] Remember last July when Wayne got caught in NY city with an unregistered gun on his tour bus? The prosecutor took DNA samples from Wayne in an effort to connect him to the weapon and the tests are due back any day now. Why it took a year to process, I don't know, but if he's convicted on the gun charge he's facing up to three years in the slammer. And to make matters worse, a statement taken from Weezy at the jail that night, might do him in if the DNA doesn't. According to police reports, Wayne asked the arresting officer, "What am I being charged with?"
"Criminal possession of a weapon," the office responded.
Then Weezy allegedly said, "I have a permit for that gun in Florida."
Followed by "You do? Do you have it on you?" from the cop
To which Weezy answered, "No."
Since his Florida permit would have no legal bearing on the NY case, his statement could be taken as an admission that the gun indeed belongs to him.

Well, good luck with that Weezy, and remember guys, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.

Javon Walker Says He Was Kidnapped

Javon Walker Found Unconscious In Hotel Driveway

KVVU-TV, Channel 5 in Las Vegas, is reporting that NFL All-Pro wide receiver Javon Walker was found unconscious on East Flamingo Road and Koval Lane in the driveway at Summer Bay Resort about 7 a.m. Monday morning.

Javon, who signed with the Oakland Raiders in the off-season, had spent about six hours at Las Vegas night club Body English before leaving around 6:30 a.m. It was the second night in a row that Javon had purchased 15 or more bottles of Dom Perignon Rose at a Vegas night club to spray the crowd. He did the same thing at Tryst early Sunday.

Javon was taken to Sunrise Medical Center’s Trauma unit with "significant injuries," according to police. He was listed in fair condition with a fractured eye socket.

Javon, no stranger to violent altercations, was in a limo on New Year's Day 2007 when former teammate, Denver Broncos defensive back Darrent Williams, was shot in a drive-by outside a Denver nightclub. Darrent died in Javon's arms.

Published reports in Denver said just before the shooting some Broncos players had been spraying the crowd with champage, triggering a confrontation between the players and some club-goers who flashed gang signs. Darrent was shot when a car pulled up beside the limo.

At the time, Javon asked Broncos coach Mike Shanahan for permission not to attend Darrent's funeral in Texas, saying he was too distraught. Instead, he flew to Las Vegas the weekend of the funeral and was seen partying at Tryst.

"The key problem was the identity of the female," juror #23 said. "Her absence was a major lack."

"The family was too divided," said juror #9, who in the preliminary votes had voted for a guilty verdict. "So you had to discount the family testimony either way."

Young Jeezy Implicated In BMF Case

Testimony offered in the federal government’s cocaine-conspiracy case against alleged Black Mafia Family member Fleming “Ill” Daniels revealed a stunning allegation: According to a witness, Atlanta hip-hop superstar Jay “Young Jeezy” Jenkins received kilos of cocaine from BMF.

Jeezy has not been charged with a crime in relation to the allegation. When asked whether there is an open investigation into the rapper, Justice Department spokesman Patrick Crosby said he had no comment.

The allegation was raised in U.S. District Court in Atlanta this week by a BMF member named Ralph “Ralphie” Simms. Simms was indicted last year in a related federal drug case in L.A. He told the jury that in exchange for his truthful testimony in the case against Daniels, he hoped to receive a reduced sentence. Simms testified that his job was to unload BMF’s cocaine from limos outfitted with secret compartments. He said he piled as many as 100 “bricks” of cocaine at a time inside the basement of one of BMF’s stash houses, an ultra-modern Buckhead mansion nicknamed “Space Mountain.” And he said that on one occasion, in the fall of 2004, he was ordered by high-ranking BMF members Chad “J-Bo” Brown and Martez “Tito” Byrth to set aside multi-kilo cocaine “shipments” for two customers. Simms said the customers picked up the coke from him at Space Mountain. When asked by assistant U.S. Attorney Robert McBurney who the customers were, Simms gave two names: William “Doc” Marshall, a high-level BMF co-conspirator who testified earlier in the trial, and “Jeezy.”

“Young Jeezy the rapper?” McBurney asked.

“Yes,” Simms answered.

Jeezy’s name cropped up several times in the first two days of testimony, but only in relation to his well-publicized friendship with BMF’s Atlanta-based leader, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory. In November, Flenory pleaded guilty in Detroit to running a continuing criminal enterprise. He faces a minimum sentence of 20 years.

Rapper Snoop Dog's wife, Shante, got popped over the weekend for DUI. Officers stopped 32-year-old Shante Broadus at about 12:15 a.m. Saturday and took her to jail. She was cited for drunken driving and released pending a court appearance.

Kanye Booed At Bonnaroo

But it wasn't his fault. Mike Tyson put up $50,000 for a "hit" on members of a vicious Brooklyn drug gang who allegedly shot his former bodyguard to death, a witness testified yesterday.

Nothing ever came of the contract on the Cash Money Brothers gang, Dwayne "Thor" Meyers testified.

The claim came during the trial of Abubakr Raheem, 38, an alleged member of the ruthless gang that controlled the Lafayette Gardens Houses in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Raheem allegedly drove the getaway car in two turf-war slayings, according to prosecutors.
Meyers said the former heavyweight champ put up the money in retaliation for the June 2000 slaying of Darryl "Homicide" Baum, Tyson's ex-bodyguard and close friend.

Just two weeks after the slaying, Tyson dedicated his knockout fight against Lou Savarese to his "brother, Darryl Baum."

"I love you with all my heart . . . Oh, God, I'm mad," Tyson said at the time.

"We got word Mike Tyson and [another man] had both contributed $50,000 apiece for the murders of Cash Money Brothers," Meyers testified.

Baum was gunned down just a few months after allegedly firing nine shots at rapper 50 Cent.

The Defense Rests

After calling only 12 witnesses over two days, in stark contrast to the prosecution's parade of 22 witnesses over 7 days, and without R Kelly or the alleged victim taking the stand, the defense rested yesterday after trying to cast doubt on whether or not the jurors saw a mole on the back of the man in the video, which would prove it was R Kelly, whether or not the girl in the video was Kelly's, at the time, 13 year old goddaughter, and the validity of the testimony of Lisa Van Allen who claims to have had three-way sex with R Kelly and his underage lover. The first one of you armchair editors to rip me for that long ass sentence is gonna get it! The prosecution is expected to put two rebuttal witnesses on the stand today and deliberations will start on Thursday.

And here's something for you to chew on while we wait for the verdict. R Kelly believes his former manager and late singer Aaliyah's uncle, Barry Hankerson, is the one who leaked the infamous tape. Kelly said in an interview with CBS news shortly after tape hit the streets, “I have an ex-manager, you know, that I let go awhile ago. And ever since these people have been trying to come at me and trying to blackmail me. The reason these things are happening, I really do believe, is because of the fact that I didn’t fall back as far as blackmail is concerned. I didn’t give them any money,” Kelly said. Like it had nothing to do with the fact that Kells had been fucking and probably peeing on Hankerson's niece, Aaliyah, married her when she was only 15 and then fired Barry a week after she died in a plane crash.

Last week in the adventures of Superho, Karrine 'Superhead' Steffans accused Darius 'Eddie Winslow' McCrary of trying to run her over with his car and of choking the shit out of her. While I have yet to come across her police report, she did text blogger, Perez Hilton, to 'leak' the story. This week Darius tells his side. Darius says that after living with Karrin for about two months, she started going crazy on him, slapping him and cussing him out in public and that she once even tried to strangle him in the bedroom, so he quit her ass. I Blame R Kelly

When did child molestation become funny? Chris Rock was led to believe that he had been accused of having sex with a British minor, a prosecutor said Saturday. "It was a hoax, it was for one of the US (United States) reality television programmes," said National Prosecuting Authority spokesman Tlali Tlali.

The US comedian, who is on his "No apologies"tour in the country, was duped by rumors he was about to be arrested for sexually assaulting a minor in Britain. "They pulled one on him, information got to him that the South African Police Service was going to arrest him. Acting on that information he quickly approached lawyers who brought an urgent application at the Johannesburg High Court where judgement was in his favour," Tlali told AFP. Tlali said Rock had sought clarification on the charges to be brought against him. A fake prosecutor, one of the cast members for the television show, appeared in court Monday urging that Rock be taken into custody, however the judge ruled he could not be arrested or detained without a proper warrant.
"This one went far, it must have been organised quite carefully," said Tlali, who said when prosecutors discovered the following day it was a prank there were mixed reactions with some slamming it as a waste of time, while others saw the funny side. It was not known which television show was behind the prank.

Under cross-examination, the PI admitted that neither Lisa nor her boyfriend directly asked for a bribe, but he said their language "was a coded way to get money from his client (Kelly)."

Yesterday in the R Kelly trial, the defense team brought three of the alleged victim's relatives to the stand who all testified that the girl on the tape is absolutely not who the prosecution says it is, and none of them said they recognized R Kelly as the man on the tape. One of the witnesses did admit that the tape and the case had caused a huge rift in their once-close family, with some members viewing the tape and cooperating with the police and others refusing to. So far seven relatives of the alleged victim have testified, with four saying it was her and three saying it was not. Neither the victim nor her parents are expected on the stand. Also, a law clerk working for the for the defense testified that Lisa Van Allen, whose testimony last week was the only one to place R Kelly in bed with the minor, offered her silence to R Kelly for $300,000.00. The clerk testified that Lisa's boyfriend told him at a meeting in Georgia last month, “Lisa doesn’t have to testify in court if things are made right”. The clerk said that while Lisa was at the hotel lobby meeting, her boyfriend did all the talking, but that Lisa kept nodding her head in agreement.

Pac Man Partially Reinstated

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said Monday he would allow suspended cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones to join the club all the way up to the regular season and will decide by Sept. 1 if he can be fully reinstated. "Commissioner Goodell told Jones that his continued participation in the NFL depends on demonstrating that he can conduct himself in a lawful and reliable manner," the league wrote in a statement. The Prosecution Rests

The R Kelly child pornography case came to its climax yesterday when the prosecution rested after three hours of explosive testimony from 27 year old Lisa Van Allen who claims she had several threesomes with R Kelly and his underage lover over two years during the 90's. Lisa met R after she had sex with him after being cast in his Home Alone video in 1997 when she was 17. She moved from Atlanta to Chicago to be close to him and appeared in several more videos and in his touring show, simulating sex with Kelly on stage. Lisa testified that R is obsessed with video taping himself having sex, and that he carries his homemade sex tapes around with him in a duffle bag everywhere he goes. "If we was at the [music] studio, it was in the studio with him. If he was at [the gym], it would be at [the gym] with him," she said. Lisa also testified that R paid her $20,000 last year to return a sex tape of her, the jailbait, and Kells in a threesome after promising her $250,000.00 for it. On cross-examination she also admitted stealing a watch worth $20,000.00 from Kells out of a hotel room. Lisa cried on the stand when she recalled the last time she had sex with R and the underage girl. She said Kells got mad at her because he said her crying was fucking up the footage.

Shaniqua, who is telling anyone who'll listen that 50 is behind the fire that destroyed the Dix Hills home she and 50 have been fighting over, says he hasn't even called his son, Marquise, to see how he was doing after the blazing inferno that forced the 10 year old, his mother, and four others onto the street in the dead of night last Thursday. "Tell him to call his son!" Shaniqua screamed at reporters gathered near the Dix Hills home. "He didn't even attempt to call his son to see how he was doing!" she said. "A good father would do that!" On Friday, 50 Cent issued a public statement expressing gratitude that his son had escaped the fire and denied he had any involvement.

50 had been trying to get Shaniqua evicted from the home recently and Shaniqua countered by filing a Manhattan Supreme Court suit claiming she's entitled to half of 50’s fortune.
