DMX got put on lockdown in the Arizona 'Tent City' jail where he's doing time for drug possession and animal cruelty for threatening guards with violence. They say X refused to show up for work telling his captors, "I already have a job and don't need this shit." Then he refused to take his meds and when guards tried to force him, he threatened to 'kick somebody's ass to get some respect', landing him on lockdown and put on a bread and water diet.

@7:49am um, clearly DMX is and has been wildin out for a loooong time. His ass needs rehab and a good ass-kicking. Since he refuses to stay in rehab and pull himself together, he does NOT need to be on "house arrest" ie. timeout because he would still be high and off his meds.

And naw, he didn't actually "win" in the situation. They'll force him to take his meds (depending on if they're for psych reasons) and if he don't comply, they'll drop his ass.
