He also faces trial on four charges related to his alleged attempts to cover up the circumstances of the driver's death. During the trial Jay's wife, Tanya Young Williams, was by his side every day but now she wants to leave his ass claiming "cruel and inhumane treatment". Tonya claims her and Jay don't have sex anymore, yet she found cocaine, condoms and Cialis in his underware drawer. Tanya also says Jay taunts her claiming he goes down on white girls and once lied to her about having stomach cancer and that he faked a suicide attempt. She is seeking a portion of Jayson's assets, their New York home, sole custody of their two kids and spousal support.
