I'm a sz 12 and I have just accepted and love myself just the way I am! I wouldn't look right if I were more than 10 lbs smaller! But I try to be healthy and work out atleast 4 times a week and avoid a lot of foods now.

I work with a sista that dropped 45lbs in about 5 months. She said dat without question, tha diff was havin' a treadmill out in tha garage.

I'm a sz 12 and I have just accepted and love myself just the way I am! I wouldn't look right if I were more than 10 lbs smaller! But I try to be healthy and work out atleast 4 times a week and avoid a lot of foods now.
