As soon as we found out Debbie was not about to waste her time fighting to get them, I knew what time it was. What a mess reports are out (and how come this is believable) he didnt even adopt them legally.

As far as I am concerned, if sperm and egg was donated and he raised them and they called him 'dad' they are his children.
The thing I find most strange about all of this, is why he did not want children that were biologically his and why he dyed his eldest son's hair platinum blond for so long, as well as why he told Martin Bashir in that documentary that Blanket's mother was a Black woman and that he was the biological father, when that is obviously not the case.
No matter what, the courts will always give the biological parent(s) consideration as it regards custody. Michael Jackson's affairs appear to be in total disarray. Yes, for all intents and purposes, Michael Jackson was the "father" of these children. He raised them and supported them. But when it comes to custody and the law, the answers are not always cut and dry.
Leave MJ children alone, the media NOW trying to ruin these children life, like they did MJ, this is a damn shame.
Looks like the bio dad of the oldest two could be the doctor Debbie Rowe worked for. He signed a confidentiality agreement. But now that there's BIG money in the water and he's a jew (just sayin) LOOK THE FUCK OUT. Especially if true that MJ didn't legally adopt them.

Because he feared his children would be MONSTERS and he didn't want them to inherit anything of JOE JACKSON - it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out!
MJ spend his entire adult life changing all his features....why would he pass them along to a child. He "created" children he wished He look like. He was sick and no one could reach him. He hated himself and he destroyed himself in the process. I think we all have bit of this in our lives, but with the wealth he had, it got way out of hand. Sad!

MJ didn't need to adopt them because he was married to their mother when they were born. The law in EVERY state, states that when a couple is married and the wife bares a child, that the husband is always presumed the father, regarless of DNA. All states have a statute of limitation for how long a husband has to even contest that he is the father, before it doesn't even matter if he is proven later to not be the father by DNA. MJ is on each of their birth certificates and the statute has been passed. He is their father.

Debbie Rowe is effectively a surrogate, while the rumored doctor dad is a sperm-donor. And since neither has been in the kids' lives, it's doubtful that the courts would consider it in the best interests of the kids to grant primary custody to either Debbie or Doctor Sperm.
