I've traveled all through the Caribbean and in those Latin American countries they are plenty of black people that are Hispanics. African culture and heritage greatly influenced the Latin culture. Beyonce was just complimenting their culture. Seriously, if people can't look at David Ortiz and Vladimir Guerrero and see that they're just black men with Spanish surnames I don't know what to say. The African Diaspora went all over the world and made an impact. The only black people in the world aren't only in Africa and America.
More black people were sent as slaves to Latin American countries than North America. Outside of Africa, Brazil has the most black people anywhere. My favorite quote without the African influence the Latin culture would be like rice without no salt.

Then, she started saying that her dad was black and her mom was Italian and Scottish. I saw a change there. Prince lied in interviews about his mother being Italian when she was black. In Purple Rain, he had an Italian playing his mother. MJ did all kinds of plastic surgery and only married white women. Yet I bet some of these black people on here don't question how black none of these people are. Beyonce act blacker than all these people. She can't help that her mother's family is Creole, but they're still black. I'm proud of the sister. She says that she's African-American.
