Leaked Photo May Save Chris

Chris Brown's attorney addressed the court yesterday claiming leaked photos of Rihanna's beaten faced, obtained by TMZ and posted on the Internet, make it impossible for Chris to get a fair trial and that if LAPD is behind the leak they would seek dismissal of the charges. The trial date has been postponed to give investigators more time to find out how TMZ got their hands on the photo. The next hearing is set for May 28th. It was also ruled that $1.4 million in borrowed jewels Rihanna was wearing the night of the beat down, and currently being held in evidence, be returned.

Tyra Testifies Against Stalker

Tyra Banks was in court yesterday to testify against Brady Green from East Duluth, Ga who is accused of stalking her. Brady, who moved from Georgia to Los Angeles to be closer to Tyra and then to the east coast after finding Tyra's show had moved to New York, said he only wanted to 'do something nice' for Tyra when he sent her more than a dozen roses with a note saying 'When I see you, I love you'. On March 28, 2008 Brady arrived in NY after a 28 hour bus ride and went directly to the studios where Tyra films her talk show. After being turned away twice for being too early he got into it with one of Tyra's staffers, threatening to slit their throat, and was placed on a 'Do Not Admit' list. He was later caught trying to sneak past security and was arrested a few blocks away carrying three magazines with Tyra on the cover, a bible and a receipt for the roses.

Wayne says it was up to Rebel Rock to clear the sample not him. Rebel Rock hasn't responded to Weezy's claims and doesn't have a lawyer named in court records. A telephone number listed for the company has been disconnected.

Dennis Rodman has been ordered to pay $255,000 to a Las Vegas Hard Rock Hotel employee who says Den humiliated her by grabbing her, forcing her to dance, holding her against her will and slapping her ass in front of subordinates and patrons. Dennis nor his attorneys showed up to dispute the case so U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones entered the default judgment against him on Monday.

Jayson Williams Tased

Former NBA All-Star Jayson Williams got tased by the cops 4 am Monday morning in a lower Manhattan hotel room after his female companion called 911 saying Jay was acting suicidal. When the police arrived they found prescription drug bottles and several suicide notes strewn around and said that Jay clearly impaired. He got tased after resisting officers trying to take him to the hospital. Jayson is awaiting sentencing after being convicted of trying to cover-up the 2004 shooting death of limo driver Costas Christofsi . According to testimony, Jayson was showing a group of people around his NJ estate. When they got to the master bedroom Jay pulled out a rifle that when slammed shut, went off, blasting 55 year old Chritofsi in the chest. According to witnesses, Jayson then placed the gun in the dead man's hands, stripped off all his clothes and jumped into his swimming pool. Jayson's defense was that he panicked. He was acquitted of aggravated manslaughter, but the jury deadlocked on a reckless-manslaughter count. A retrial is pending, and he has been free on bail since the shooting. He's apologized to Christofi's relatives and given them $2.5 million to settle a civil suit. He could be sentenced to several years in prison on the cover-up conviction, but a judge ruled he wouldn't be sentenced until after the retrial. He is also being divorced by his wife.

Weezy was trying to get the case tossed based on illegal search and seizure saying the officers had no probable cause to board his tour bus. So this time the police chase him down the street, they catch the dude, they take the dude in and now he's in a mental hospital for a 60-day evaluation, so this motherfucker was crazy."

Cory Miller, I mean, "C-Murder" was originally convicted of shooting and killing 16-year-old Steve Thomas during an altercation in a Louisiana nightclub in 2002. German Pop Star Released From Jail

The singer from the German girl band No Angels arrested on suspicion of infecting a partner with HIV has been released from custody. Prosecutors say Nadja Benaissa, 26, had unprotected sex with three men without informing them she was infected, and that one later tested positive himself. Ms Benaissa's lawyers said she should enjoy the presumption of innocence. A spokesman for a court in the town of Darmstadt said her release was subject to certain undisclosed conditions. Ms Benaissa was arrested in Frankfurt 10 days previously, before she was due to perform in a solo concert. The prosecutor's office in the western town of Darmstadt said she had been detained because of the "urgent suspicion" that she slept with three people between 2004 and 2006, without telling them she was HIV-positive. She reportedly faces a possible charge of grievous bodily harm. But her lawyers note that there is no proof that she infected anyone. Benaissa was chosen to join No Angels in 2000 through the TV casting show Popstars. The group recorded a series of hits and emerged as Germany's most successful girl band.

In Jaime Foxx new film 'The Soloist' he plays a man suffering from schizophrenia and says he almost dropped out of the film because of an experience he had when he was 18. Jaime told the LA Times, "When I was 18, somebody slipped something in my drink and it ripped me apart. I had to go to the hospital. I mean, I was gone, it was the kind of trip that... you’re losing your mind. I kept thinking, ‘I can’t live like this'. It didn’t go away, either - for 11 months, I had flashbacks. After what happened when I was 18, when I was at music school, at International University in San Diego, I had a roommate named Mark, a white kid from Nebraska, he would have to talk me to sleep because I would have all of these crazy thoughts. I would go down to the pianos... and I would just play music for hours on end just to keep my mind from the crazy stuff."

J also says, "I thought about just walking away from this movie. I got really worried, I felt all these things. I went to a psychiatrist and I actually asked, 'Can I catch schizophrenia?' Now I know you can’t, but I also knew I had this thing happen to me before, and it felt like it was going to happen again. It’s one thing to go crazy and not know it, but, if you feel yourself slipping in, then it’s like drowning, going down. That’s how I felt as a teenager, and just getting close to it again, I could feel the sweat coming, and I felt like I had to run out of there."

A woman was arrested Wednesday for stalking Tyler Perry. Mad Stalker Lady has shown up at Tyler's home and his film studio countless times and sent him as many as 200 emails a day. She also planned out their wedding and even bought them a pair wedding rings. Finally Tyler placed a restraining order on the chick and the next time she showed up [which was last Wednesday] she got arrested. German Pop Star Arrested For Spreading Aids

German popstar Nadja Benaissa could be facing ten years in jail for having unprotected sex without telling her partners she had HIV. Four days after her arrest in a Frankfurt night club, the ‘No Angels’ singer (26) is still in prison. The singer was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm after she had unprotected sex with at least three men without telling them about the HIV infection which she knew she carried. At least one of the partners Benaissa is alleged to have slept with did contract the virus - which causes AIDS - and his medical certificate has been given to the authorities as evidence.

Lil Kim's Repo Was Scott Storch's Fault

In April 2008 Lil Kim was raked across the blogs [click here for the story] because a New York news station filmed her Bentley being repossessed and played it on the evening news. Kim cussed their asses out on air, but here's the real deal. The car belonged to record producer Scott Storch who'd leased the car from a dealer in Miami. After he stopped paying the lease, he gave the car to Kim. What a loser. And by the way, this all came out because Scott, who's fresh out of rehab, was arrested last Friday for grand theft auto of the Bentley in question.

'One Tree Hill' star Antwon Tanner was arrested Thursday as part of an investigation into a fake Social Security card scam.

Tanner, who plays basketball star Antwon "Skills" Taylor on the CW series, turned himself in to federal prosecutors.

The U.S. Attorney's office said that the Chicago-bred actor both "knowingly and intentionally" transferred Social Security cards in 2008 "with intent to defraud."

The 34-year-old will be arraigned in Federal Court in Brooklyn on Tuesday, April 21.

A spokesperson for the CW declined to comment.

Snitches told Page Six Atlantic Records executive Michael Kyser and Universal Music Group boss Shawn Costner made a big show of taking Jay Z out to a club then skipped out on the tab. The group ran up a bill of more than $1,500, after getting a third of the bill comped, then Kyser and Costner argued in front of Jay over which one of them would pay the bill. They agreed to split it, Jay tipped the waitress $500 and left. So, Jay wasn't there to see Costner's credit card get declined or Kyser fake agreeing to pick up the whole tab. What do I mean by 'fake-agreeing'? While Kyser's card did go through, he left the club without signing the credit slip, leaving his card behind. Then he disputed the charges to American Express.

Iverson may have been trying to act as a peacemaker but his body guard was involved in some kind of tussle. Iverson, though, has been banned mostly for his boorish behavior. Not even a month after a judge ruled that Detroit Piston Allen Iverson has to pay $260,000 to a D.C. area man after he recieved a beating at the hands of A.I.'s bodyguards, another dude is claiming to have gotten a beat down from Allen's goon squad. From WDIV in Detroit:

An Ohio man is claiming Detroit Piston Allen Iverson’s bodyguard attacked him Saturday night while attending a birthday party in Detroit. He added that he's followed Iverson's career for years. Walker said he joined a group of people in the restaurant who were trying to talk and get autographs from Iverson. "Walker said Iverson's bodyguard started to give him a hard time and words were exchanged. As he turned to walk away, Walker said the bodyguard hit him. "We were just jaw-jacking back at each other. Lawyers Use National Enquirer To Put Pressure On Queen Latifah

That stylist and that make-up artist suing Queen Latifah for $1 million dollars are threatening to expose her 'life-style' if The Queen doesn't pay up. Dr. Who Treated Corretta Scott King Arrested

The man who treated Coretta Scott King for cancer at a clinic in Mexico was arrested Thursday and charged with practicing medicine without a license and giving patients unapproved drugs, prosecutors said.

Kurt Donsbach, 73, who treated the widow of Martin Luther King Jr. before she died of ovarian cancer in 2006, was charged with 11 felony counts. He was arrested during his weekly Internet radio broadcast and was held on $1.5 million bail.
Donsbach called himself a naturopathic doctor and told patients his supplements could cure cancer, said prosecutors.

"The defendant preyed on vulnerable patients who were looking for medical help," District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis said in a statement. "Under the guise of providing natural and safe supplements, he sold victims potentially dangerous drugs."

First of all, if I'm going to be jealous of anyone I'm going to be jealous of my damn self because I can't even do TLC again because that was a phenomenal once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I can never get back. For the record, I'm not jealous of Beyoncé. I like her and Destiny's Child, because if folks remember, TLC went on tour with them for two months when they were just starting. The blogs like to twist things and make something out of nothing. I was simply expressing my thoughts on girl groups in general and that my personal choice would never be to put myself in a situation where I'm in a group that is managed by one of the group member's parents. I think that Mathew and Tina have done a great job, so it's no diss to them or not taking away anything from what they've accomplished. I just know what would not work for me, because, at the end of the day, if a manager has a personal relationship with someone in the group they are managing, they are always going to have that person's interest first and foremost and that's all I was expressing.

Michael Vick is being sent back to Leavenworth Prison after a judge ruled it was not necessary for him to be present during the remainder of his bankruptcy hearing in Virginia. Judge Frank J. Santoro rejected Vick's initial bankruptcy restructuring plan and Michael and his lawyers had hoped he would be able to remain at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail in southeastern Virginia to work on his new restructuring plan until his next hearing April 28, but the judge denied the motion. Vick will be shipped back to Kansas where he will remain until his release to home confinement May 21 and from federal custody July 20.

How did you meet?
I met him at a promo tour before Stankonia dropped. I particularly stood out in the crowd because of something I was doing. Everyone benefitted from that one at the time. I earned a nick-name behind it, and me my girls laugh about it from this day on. Anyways, after the concert we found out where Outkast and everyone was staying, so we headed there. On the elevator, we met a band member, told him we wanted to meet 'Kast and he took us right up. Once we got to the room, there were some local radio DJ's hanging out, asking questions, and everyone was just chilling. Me and my girls stole the shine, took photos, chopped it up about the ATL, asked Big Boi (he was in his room with a headache) and we had to ask Dre who was his stylist (this was when he was in his weird-dressing phase). This sudden silence fell in the room and I looked at Dre and said "I'm ready to go, it's getting late". So me and my girls stood up, he he stood up and we parted ways-feel sorry for the DJ's who got left in the mix with the manager and the other GDI's (lol).

How was Andre in bed?
Dude is really gentle, he's an easy lover. You can tell he's not into fucking, but making love. I gave him a massage, admired his tattoo of the man, woman and child on his back, as well the 7 and star on his chest and the possum on his arm, played with his hair watched Mobb Deep performing on some late night show. After leaving, my homegirls said that the band said Dre never gets down with 'groupies'. They kept asking if I modeled and said that I was real fly. Oh yeah, and he walked me out - damn, I should have stayed the night, but I was the Designated Driver, and still an all around 'Good Girl'. That was the wildest thing I've ever done.

Do I consider myself a groupie?
LOL - no. At the time I was just a hard-core Outkast fan, and loved me some Dre!

Would you do it again?
Not now, because I'm married. But if I were a single woman, even at my age, if I caught up with him at another show, I'd give it up with no questions asked!

Last year memorial day weekend, me and a few of my girls went down to Miami. One of the nights we ended up at Sobe live right on South Beach. That same night Jim Jones, Santana and the rest of their crew came there to perform and spent a lil while in V.I.P. So as we were sitting there we notice that Jimmy and his friends didn't buy out the bar like they say they do, but instead popped one bottle of champagne (NOT BALLING). Anyway, towards the end of the night his security approached me and asked for my number so I gave him my number. Around 4:3o in the morning I get a call from the security guard telling me to ditch my friends and come to the Palm hotel cause Jimmy wanted to see me. So being the thirst that I was (lol) I left my friends back at the motel and headed to the hotel to see Jimmy. So once I got there I called back his security for the room number then went upstairs. Once I got their he started treat me like a smut and told me to "wash up and get back in the bed with nothing on" so I did. Once I got on the bed, I began to kiss him, but he pushed my face away and lowered my head down to his private part, which I didn't mind cause it was an okay size (decent). So now I'm giving him head and then he stops me to put a rubber on and then after 30 seconds or so he nuts. What a loser. Then he tells me "I gotta go now, cause he got shit to do". So I got dresses and the next thing you know he throws $10 at me and says "For your troubles, here's some cab money". SMH he's such a bum loser, he really isn't balling or packing. Guess I was a groupie for a night, but I wouldn't do it again.
This dude is the epitome of a chauvinistic pig. I got a tip a couple of weeks back about another groupie who he did dirty. He had that poor girl sucking his dick forever til he busted a nut, just because he could. And wouldn't even give the ol' girl tickets to his concert.

Bone Thugs Reunion On Hold While Flesh Battles Gun and Drug Charges

The highly anticipated Bones Thugs and Harmony reunion will have to wait until group member Flesh and Bone straightens out his latest spate of legal problems. Flesh, who just recently completed a 10 year prison sentence after he was convicted of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and of being an ex-convict in possession of a gun after he pulled a AK-47 from a baby's crib and pointed it at an acquaintance in December 2000, was pulled over April 2 for whatever reason and cops found weed and a gun in his car. Flesh was arrested and held without bail and is expected in court today.

A rep for Bone Thugs-n-Harmony has released the following statement: "At this time all the facts have not been revealed publicly, however I can assure you 100% that Mr. Howse has not walked backwards! We live in a great American country where one is innocent until proven guilty."

Judge KOs Vick's Bankruptcy Exit Stratgy

A judge has rejected suspended Falcons quarterback Michael Vick’s plan to emerge from bankruptcy, but he is giving Vick another chance as he nears the end of his prison sentence on federal dogfighting charges.

Judge Frank J. Santoro called Vick’s plan unworkable Friday, saying it would leave the suspended NFL star with up to a $9 million “hole” on top of the payments he would have to make to his creditors. As of December, Vick had $16 million in assets and $20.4 million in debts, court records show.

The judge added that some of Vick’s plans to make money once he gets out of prison are speculative — including a $600,000 proposal for him to star in a documentary. And Santoro suggested that Vick should consider selling more of his assets, including one of the two houses he wants to keep for himself and his mother in Virginia.

Plaxo was pulled over because he'd crossed several lanes of traffic, cutting off several cars, to get on I-595's westbound ramp. According to the deputy, when he approached Plax's car 'Ol Plaxy wouldn't open the car door and when the sheriff opened it himself Plax roared, "Fuck you! You can't open my fucking door!" the deputy also says dirty mouth Plax answered every question with a, "Fuck You" and threatened him with the tried and true old celebrity ruse, "You're going to be in a lot of trouble. I know the sheriff personally. You're going to hear about this by the end of your shift!" This incident was Plax's fifth moving violation in the past month. And for the record, the sheriff denies ever having meet Plax. He was issued a $150.00 ticket.

T-Boz Comments On The State of Girl Groups and The Kelly Rowland Situation

T-Boz spoke to Black Voices' Jawn Murray about her stint on Celebrity Apprentice and managed to throw a little shade in the interview.

JM: When you hear stories about what's going on with Destiny's Child and Kelly Rowland having to fire Matthew Knowles to finally get attention, what are your thoughts?

T: They get mad when I say this, but I don't give a damn. It was all about Beyonce anyway. She was my favorite, too, but come on. Her parents are over everything. Who do you think they were going for? It's always Beyonce. It was supposed to be exactly the way it is now, Bey is on top. I love Beyonce, and I am a fan of hers. She was my favorite in the group even before they were Destiny's Child and they were the Baby Dolls. She was so cute and pretty. I like all of them, and I wish Kelly the best. When you're in a girl group, you have differences, and you have to learn how to respectfully agree to disagree. There are a lot of things that happen behind the scenes that people don't know about. Some girl groups have girls trying to steal other girls' boyfriends and that's the ultimate no-no. You have situations like the Kelly thing and Beyonce's parents. You can say that I'm out for everybody, but if Lisa was to bring somebody in that's her boyfriend, then I'm gonna feel like you got Lisa's back more than mine, and that's gonna be a no-no. I just think that brings a conflict of interest in the beginning. That would have been a hard group for me to be in, because I would have been like your mommy and daddy are running things and they're gonna have you at heart the most. That's just how I feel.

JM: There are currently no girl groups in the music business. They all seem to break up. Why do you think it's like that?

T: I feel like girls are anal, bitchy and bitter. They're jealous, envious and compete with each other even though they say they don't. It always brings issues. They can't differentiate that this is business, and we don't have to be best friends. We just have to work together. People have a hard time living with that, because it becomes fake and you have to keep up this whole façade, and you just can't deal with it and break
up. At the end of the day, it's about making money and having a career. Nobody said

you have to go home and hug every day. Some girls can't deal with that, and I've always had girl problems. Girls and me just don't mix. They've always been jealous, tried to take my boyfriends and lie on me. I get it because I've always had that happen to me. That's why I would never do a girl group again. I'm happy to have been with the two I was with, but I would never bring another girl in and start a new group. You don't have to worry about that with me.

A.I. Out For The Season

One day after Allen Iverson declared he'd rather retire than play off the bench, Detroit Piston president Joe Dumas announced that A.I. was out for the rest of the season. Coolio Two Hours Late For Court

Coolio pled not guilty last Friday to one felony count of cocaine possession and two misdemeanor assault charges from that time he got arrested [click here if you missed it] at LAX with crack rocks in his carry-on luggage. The misdemeanor charges are because Coolio grabbed the TSA screener's arm to keep her from searching his bag. Oh, and he showed up two hours late for court. The judge was not amused. Coolio is due back in court on April 20th and faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
