Why did comedian Kevin Hart have to issue this disclaimer to dark skin girls yesterday? Because he made a stupid joke on his Twitter page. Read it after the cut.

Black Men and Black Women bash each other regularly. We are both at fault. However, we have a serious problem on our hands. It is time to be responsible, accountable adults by recognizing and accepting that we have equally done some wrong towards each other. It's time to move on to the solutions so that we can repair our families, communities, and for the future and sake of our children. The first thing that we both need to stop doing is listening to the Media. WE don't own/control the media (major news outlets including newspapers, movies, tv, commercials, ads, music etc.). THEY do and THEY will never promote or encourage anything that will make the Black community strong, healthy, prosperous, and self-reliant. NEVER!! History and the present history in progress is the overwhelming proof of that. Of course many of us still have complexion issues, just to name a few of the issues. African beauty from any nationality is never promoted in mainstream media and it is barely promoted via the few small outlets owned by Blacks. Kevin Hart's comments are indicative of how many of US still feel about our people. It's sad and destructive. Deciding to give up on each other and just get into interracial relationships is not the solution. If you are truly interested in love of any color and have always been that way, then help yourself. Black Men and Black Women bash each other regularly. We are both at fault. However, we have a serious problem on our hands. It is time to be responsible, accountable adults by recognizing and accepting that we have equally done some wrong towards each other. It's time to move on to the solutions so that we can repair our families, communities, and for the future and sake of our children. The first thing that we both need to stop doing is listening to the Media. WE don't own/control the media (major news outlets including newspapers, movies, tv, commercials, ads, music etc.). THEY do and THEY will never promote or encourage anything that will make the Black community strong, healthy, prosperous, and self-reliant. NEVER!! History and the present history in progress is the overwhelming proof of that. Of course many of us still have complexion issues, just to name a few of the issues. African beauty from any nationality is never promoted in mainstream media and it is barely promoted via the few small outlets owned by Blacks. Kevin Hart's comments are indicative of how many of US still feel about our people. It's sad and destructive. Deciding to give up on each other and just get into interracial relationships is not the solution. If you are truly interested in love of any color and have always been that way, then help yourself.
