Remember when Lil Wayne got arrested in Arizona after they found weed, coke, ecstasy and a hand gun on his tour bus during a border check stop [click here if you missed that]?
Yeah well, Wayne was supposed to be in court yesterday for a hearing and when he didn't show up [BECAUSE HE'S IN JAIL] the judge issued a warrant for failure to appear and raised his bond from $10,000.00 to $150,000.00. Wayne's attorney asked for a 12 month delay but was denied.

This is probably Weezy's lawyers' fault. They should have notified AZ of Weezy's official incarceration in NY. It is like telling the court why you are not at jury duty versus them tracking you down to ask.

I believe it. I sat in a courtroom all day waiting for my case to be called. Notified the bailiff I was there. He says, "They'll get to you." Next thing I know, the courtroom got empty, judge left the bench and the bailiff came back out to arrest me. For what? For failure to appear. I asked how can I be arrested for failure to appear and I'm here? He says, "Court is over ma'am." WTF???!!!
