Remember last month when that guy accused Columbus Short of breaking his jaw [click here if you missed that]? Well, Broken Jaw Dude says Columbus continues to threaten him.
Jason Hill told an L.A. judge that days after his fight with Columbus Short [which resulted in Jason needing two surgeries to fix his jaw], Columbus and two goons came to his house 'threatening violence'. Jason presented the court with surveillance video of Columbus lurking around his crib and the restraining order was granted.
Columbus' attorney tells TMZ,
Hill and Short were playing pick-up basketball, and Hill struck the first blow. As for the alleged April 5 threats the attorney says Short went to the apartment complex to visit friends and never even saw Hill.
That's his story and he's sticking to it.
