Cease and desist letters went out yesterday demanding TerrezOwens.com take down the post claiming Lebron James' teammate Delonte West was boning Lebron's mother Gloria. Lebron's lawyers called the post, "categorically false and per se defamatory" and that "No thinking person could possibly believe such rubbish."
Terrez is standing by his story and so far has refused to remove the post.
