Riker's Island prison guards found a set of head phones and a iPod charger in Lil Wayne's jail cell after a fellow prisoner ratted him out. A source explaining the situation to MTV News said,
“You just get an infraction, a violation. You lose some ‘good time.’ … It depends on the severity of the infraction. Level one is the worst. Then you have [level] two or three. [This infraction] could be a level one. Wayne has to go on trial, and based on evidence, they’ll make their determination.”Good luck with that Weezy!
