The kids have to wait to get their "full" inheritance until they're in their 30s (which is good) as a way to prevent them from blowing all that fucking cash. MJ was an extremely complex person. He cannot be easily labeled or analyzed. He made billions of dollars during his career and decided to *anonymously* donate millions to mostly BLACK charities. Some people believe that the D.A. Tom Sneddon wanted to throw him in jail because he was inviting to many BLACK underprivileged children to Neverland, which annoyed the rich white folks in the neighborhood. Just because MJ donated to millions of "black-related" charities does not mean he didn't have self hate. He secretly despised Joe, which is why he wanted to alter his facial features (him breaking his nose on the set of "The Wiz" was the perfect out just to do so, but it would have come eventually). He did have vitiligo, but it wasn't devastatingly blotchy areas all over his body, why didn't he use skin-darkening cremes to even out his skin tone, rather than using skin-lightening cremes.
I personally didn't understand why Mike had to keep it a secret as the origins of his kids. If he would have just come out and just admitted he wanted to adopt kids, regardless of color, why not just do that? People would have given him grief, but it's not like they didn't already, people always had a problem with him, whether his kids were black or white, people would have found issue with them not being biological so it really didn't matter anymore.

I'd also be a fool not to realise that the pool of black orphans candidates runs at about 200 to 1 white orphan candidate(google it). The reason behind this are complex but includes AIDS & social issues amongst many. Basically, there aren't enough black families in a position to adopt this glunt of black children so there is a very large difference between a white person adopting from an over-flowing large black pool to one attempting to adopt from a tiny white pool where demand exceeds supply. As long as black people continue to compare themselves to white people without any consideration to where we are as a people in terms of poverty & societal standing the longer we remain fragmented. But cohesion is something that is missing from the black race's lexicon. I can't imagine the Indian's, Chinese or any other competent race (ask one of them) for that matter not understanding the concept of the importance of adopting from your own pool of orphan babies if that pool is absolutely huge.
