Delay Tactics

Wesley Snipes wants to speak to the jurors who served on his tax trial.

Wesley Snipes was found guilty on three misdemeanor counts of willful failure to file his income tax returns in 2008 and was sentenced to 3 years in jail.

With his appeal recently denied, the prosecutor has asked that his bail be revoked and Wesley sent to prison immediately.

So Wes' lawyer filed a motion asking to question the jury, citing an email from an unnamed juror who claimed that other jurors already believed Snipes was guilty before the trial began, denying him the right to a fair trial.
