Beyonce got caught breaking the law.
The Queen B was busted texting and driving in New York city last month and they say she tried to talk her way out of the ticket by telling the officer that she'd just gotten her license and didn't realize texting and driving was against the law. The officer didn't buy it and slapped your girl with a $100 fine.
