The man accused of murdering Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and 7 year old nephew, has still not gone to trial and was recently granted another continuance further postponing the case.
William Balfour, the estranged husband of Jennifer's sister Julia, has been in the Cook County jail since his arrest on December 1, 2008.

I never believed this guy was the one who commited those murders. Im sure he probably played a part in something but not this. I always had a gut feeling looking at her sister that she was somehow behind this. Those random myspace photos she put up, the smiles in pictures, and then she got pregnant within a year of that baby being dead. There was no remorse in her eyes. Only the happiness of her life starting over. Its sad and its sick. I truely feel for Jennifer.

I live in Chicago and let me tell you, EVERYONE here thinks something is wrong in the water.
