I know he just got out yesterday. I said he's back in jail!
DMX was released from a California jail yesterday after serving 19 days of a 90 sentence for a 2002 reckless driving conviction. Long long after being released, he was picked up for driving without a license. He wasn't booked but he's definitely facing new charges.

The police are targeting him, thats the only way I could see this happening....think about the number of times he has been in jail in the last 6months for petty shit...someone needs to help this man. I feel sorry for his kids

I've spent years working with drug addicts. To imply that prayer would make them better is to imply that all of the prayers their family says for them aren't working. The truth is addicts are just that...addicted to themselves and don't give a damn about anyone else.

He does need help. Instead of arresting him and giving home 6 months her and there the judge need to order him to extensive rehab. It is the courts duty to use the resources they have to help people. DMX's family and friends need to speak up and insist that the courts do the right thing. Funny that Lindsey Lohen is just F****d up as the next person but someone took the time to assess her situation and get her some help. It's never to late. Get the brother some help please.
