Shaquille O'Neal is being sued by a former employee who claims Shaq tried to hack into his computer and frame him with child pornography.
Ok, so this dude use to work for Shaquille O'Neal as his personal IT guy, but things went left after Shaq started using dude to help him spy on his mistresses. Remember two years ago when Shaq was accused of text stalking that rapper chick named Alexis Miller [click here if you missed that]?
Yeah well, IT Guy confirms Alexis' claims in his lawsuit and Vanessa Lopez' claims, too. You remember Vanessa. She's the other chick who accused Shaq of stalking her by text [click here if you missed that].
Anyway, IT Guy must have become fond of Vanessa because he gave her the heads up that Shaq was hacking her phone and retrieving her messages and she turned around and told Shaq. After that, IT Guy says Shaq set out to ruin him and threatened to use his law enforcement connects to get him locked up and claims Shaq hired another IT guy to create a program that would remotely place child porn on his computer.
IT Guy is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and civil R.I.C.O.

In a lengthy statement released by O'Neal's representatives Wednesday, O'Neal called Darling, who has an extensive criminal record, an "ex-con," adding the suit was a cash-grab by a man who had previously tried to extort him for $12 million by threatening to expose his personal communications and emails.
“Mr. O’Neal has made it crystal clear that he will never respond to these outrageous tactics,” O'Neal’s representatives said in a statement.
“As a result, Darling filed a lawsuit which seeks only to embarrass, harass and extract money from Mr. O’Neal.”
O’Neal’s attorney Benjamine Reid said the claims in the suit were a “complete and utter fabrication.”
I believe it. I know a computer geek that uses the computer to play what he calls jokes on my husband and I. He will use his computer to call us when were not home, but make it seem as though the call is coming from our home. Needless to say, this was upsetting the first couple of times because we were trying to figure out who was calling from our home when no one was there. His stupid behind denied it and we found out there's nothing we can do right now about it(it's not against any laws). Shaq is a goofball and he surprisingly has too much time on his hands.
