T.I.'s arrest troubles are really starting to take a bite out of his pockets. T.I. supposed to perform at Virgin Mobile's FreeFest in Columbia, Maryland but had to give his spot up to Ludacris. This is the second high profile concert Tip had to miss after getting arrested with drugs in L.A. earlier this month.
