No Jail Break for OJ

OJ Simpson tried to get his kidnapping and armed robbery conviction overturned on the grounds that he was set up but no dice.

The Nevada Supreme Court shot him down.

Back in 2007 OJ and 2 of his pals ambushed a sports memorabilia dealer in a Las Vegas hotel room and confiscated some OJ jerseys and stuff. Actually, only one of the guys was his pal, because the other one is who told OJ about the dealer, set up the meeting, audio taped the encounter and turned the tapes over to the cops after the deed was done [click here if you missed that].

OJ's single co-defendant Clarence Stewart, on the other hand, has had his conviction thrown out is receiving a new trial.

OJ was convicted of kidnapping and armed robbery 13 years to day after he was acquitted of murdering Nicole Brown Simpson. OJ is serving a 9 year sentence.
