Floyd Mayweather's homeowners association is sick and tired of him terrorizing the security officers in his subdivision so they're suing his ass.
Floyd has on ongoing bitter rivalry with the security officers in his subdivision and recently picked up a battery charge after jabbing one security officer in the face [click here if you missed that], and then got caught on tape raising holy hell with another officer after he had the audacity to ask Floyd for his identification before allowing him inside the gates [click here if you missed that]. Well, the homeowners association has had enough.

The lawsuit alleges that since October 2010, Mayweather Jr. has “repeatedly engaged in hostile, harassing and threatening behavior toward and against certain employees and security personnel employees...including but not limited to, threatening the life of a patrol officer, physically accosting a security officer, refusing to provide identity to gate officers.”
The lawsuit also claims that the boxer has refused to obtain a transponder to gain access to the community and has refused to place identification decals on his vehicles.
The injunction would require Mayweather Jr. to immediately place transponders in his vehicles, to display identification to security when entering the community, to remain inside the vehicle while at the entrance and to refrain from threatening and harassing security.
In addition, the Golf Club Community Association is seeking at least $10,000 in compensatory damages and is requesting Mayweather Jr. pay for all attorney costs and fees.

Obviously you have never lived anywhere nice. I live in a gated community. The damages they seek are not for the monetary amount, rather for the principle, dumb ghetto bunny. No ONE can put you out of a neighborhood where you OWN...Dumbass.

YES HOA do complain, whine and moan, want to fine for decks, and trees over 12 feet planted without approval, BUT all that shit is in your closing papers. You don't like the rules of a particular HOA move SOMEWHERE FUCKING else. Plain and simple.
HOA's keep the community looking a particular type of way. Keep the Indians from painting their front door pink, and trim red. Keep the Asians from planting Bonsai trees in the front lawn in the middle of a fucking rock garden.....They serve a purpose. You don't like it, go move to a neighborhood with no pool, no community center, no amenities.

We can get as many as we want, and we have gates around our individual properties, mostly because of the pools and the law. But also because we are ostentatious.
Floyd should be able to come and go freely, but Floyd isn't above the rest of the community who has to show docs...He is being a straight asshole...You think Dnezel is cussing out security. Just get with the program.
