One of the properties I viewed was 39 Timberline Dr, Alpine, NJ. Owner - Kimberly Jones - Pre-foreclosure status. Home value $250k but outstanding loan from bank is $1,592,000.00. I didn’t know if this was “the” Lil Kim or if this was even heard before, so I searched the net & check the youtube video:
I did hear a while back that she put her house up for someone who went to jail, but with all the ballers & big wigs she knows & all that overseas concert money, she can’t pay the money to keep her house? Maybe I will put in an offer after a thorough viewing (SMILES).

Alpine NJ is one of the most expensive areas in New Jersey, so for something to be valued at $250K just seems all wrong. Instead of negative Nancy worrying about what Lil Kim is doing, shouldn't she be getting her money ready to close on something...like the jealous b-i-t-c-h can afford to live in Alpine.
Lil Kim never did anything bad to anyone except Faith, so I have nothing against her. She's a very loyal person and I suspect that she will get this issue in order if it is indeed an issue. Im not. College grad, debt free on merit based scholarship. Own a home and a car. Never been foreclosed on, never had anything repossessed, never behind on a bill. ITS CALLED RESPONSIBILITY AND LIVING WITHIN YOUR MEANS.
Kim made millions. How is it possible she would even need a loan on a 2 million house? Rappers and their money. SMH. For regular folks, it's a smart idea to and possibly the only way you can get a home but if you got the money, the best thing to do is buy your home outright. If you need the money, which she clearly does, she can sell and get most if not all her money back and even make a small profit.
