We have a long history of dutifully serving those in need in the local and global communities and we will continue to do so. We are committed to the calling of a strong, viable and relevant ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Unfortunately, we are in the media again and people are wondering what I am going to say. All I have to say is what we stated earlier. All parties involved decided to resolve the civil cases out of court. The decision was made to bring closure to this matter and allow us to move forward with the plans God has for this ministry.
I will continue to honor and abide by my commitment of confidentiality and restraint as it relates to the resolution of the civil litigation and will not be diverted from the important work of the ministry.
I thank God for your faithful support of my journey to South Africa where thousands where blessed and more than 700 people gave their lives to Christ. We also were able to sow more support into the HIV/AIDS Hospice in Johannesburg that we partnered with last year. We built a wonderful bridge of relationships with pastors and community leaders to further establish the Kingdom and bless others.

My mother still attends this niggas church faithfully. She has only missed a few sundays in her life. With my own two eyes I have watched my mother write a check for $1,000! but didn't even want to give $5 to feed the hungry! I've seen this with my own eyes. I tell my mother that this pastor doesn't need your money. but other people out there do need your help. She just doesn't seem to get it. She loves geting dressed up on sundays, going to bible study, and eating out right afterwards. It's like some routine she doesn't want to be break. She calls all those boys liars, especially the extra fruity one. She goes on rants defending ths gay pulpit pimps. She even wrote him a letter of support! I can't believe how my mther who I beleived to be a reasonable woman thinks and behave when it comes to GOD.All her friends support this man, and they also write fat checks to keep the fuckery going. For those of you who read the Bible and understand it...you know that it speaks of giving your 10% tithe (first fruits) to the Lord. As a Christian, it is our duty to give our 10% tithe wherever we please to, pray over it and let it go! Just like anything in life... once you give something... it's gone and not your decision what becomes of it. If someone loans you $20 should they be able to tell you how to spend it too? Nah. So BEL's supporters will have to make the decision to change where they give their tithe...after all...it's their money...so why would someone else be so pissed about it?
I personally could never even recive the Word from BEL because his tight clothes were a distraction for me (and not in a good way). I couldn't sit in the church nor watch him on TV...I couldn't receive the Word without constatly thinking "Why does his shirt hve to be this tight?" So, I had to go elsewhere...where I could feed my Spirit and receive the Word God had for me. Not everyone is the same and sometimes people let "loyalty to their longtime pastor" override their loyalty to their "God". Follow Jesus...not BEL! Please be careful of who you put your trust in...as New Birth members should always remember to trust God and NOT man!!

A lot of people think (rightfully so) that Bishop Long is a monster but so is Jamal Paris. He enjoyed his lovers affair and received many expensive gifts during that time. Now because he (Paris) is not willing to do anything more than milk this situation (for his lively hood) for every dime (lazy bastard), he's willing to tell everything the public wants to know, why not just tell the truth. This man (Paris) is nothing more than a street thug, thinks he's slick, pretending to be a victim (stolen innocence, I don't think so) and trying to work the public for his benefit. You are on the money but there is one more angle that must be explored. The Bishop did not build this Mega ministry alone. Allot of smart minds went into this empire. People with this kind of smarts and wherewithal, are not about to let these little boys bring it down without a fight and a mighty battle it will be. Now the flip side, who’s to say that the book and film deal being presented is not the work of the empire. These foolish boys, renege on their agreement, loose the 2m and left with no absolutely nothing. All this to give a lesson to the other boys what is in store for them should they get out of line. Major Powers such as Bishop long do not fade away easily. These boys have no clue as to the magnitude of the dynamics they are dealing with. Unfortunately In the end, they will be slaughtered and forgotten about.

These boys were already coming from broken homes and obviously had issues. It is has been discovered that your frontal lobe(the portion of your brain used for judgement) does not complete it's development until you are 25. Out of curiosity just how innocent were you at the age of 16-17 yrs. old? I did not have as much experience as many of my friends but I did not feel innocent at the age; just due to association and living in current times, (such abundance of info available on everything). Without the experience, still I did not feel like a babes in the woods. I felt ready and was hoping for the right time and person to come along. I'm from a strong Christian family (both parents at home), middle income and just a typical young person. So innocence today, is very relative.
