It's been announced that Jay Z and Kanye West will perform at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards tonight. Lil Wayne is also scheduled to perform at the VMAs. This will be the first time Jay and Lil Wayne are in the same building since Weezy threatened to kidnap Beyonce on wax [click here if you missed that].
