Well Steve took it up a notch for Halloween and had Mary arrested on an outstanding warrant...
In this recorded telephone call Mary explains to her pal, author Shanae Hall ex-wife of NFL's Cory Hall, that Steve had her arrested for contempt of their child support order because he's afraid her reality show will expose him, but Mary insists she abandoned the reality show idea months ago and just wants to be done with Steve once and for all. Mary also tells Shanae that Steve purposely had her held in jail all day just so he could serve her with a restraining order keeping her away from her son Wynton.

Wait a second...Steve Harvey is a judge and sheriff now? GTFOHWTBS. This bish fucked up. That's why the judge put a warrant on her ass. She violated some court order. Plain and simple. The courts are sick of people using them to settle personal scores, so if Steve brought enough evidence to prove his case, and this Mary girl didn't, then those be the breaks. They went to court. Mary lost. And that is the end of it.
You can't "GET" someone arrested. She didn't follow the rules of the court or law and she got arrested. If she can't get her kids how fucked up is she. They give ALL women the kids. Steve ain't an angel by all accounts, see Bernie Mac and Jamie Foxx talk about him.
The best way to get out of paying child support on any income is to make the mother look bad & try to get custody so he doesn't have to pay. I work for the system & we see this tit for tat everyday!
The parent with the most money normally wins because they have the funds for a better lawyer than the court appointed lawyer who doesn't care if they win or lose because they still get paid.
