BMF Wives Shut Down

A few days ago there was talk that a BMF Wives reality show was headed to the small screen. For those of you unaware, The BMF aka Black Mafia Family was one of the most notorious drug gangs in recent history, run by Detroit brothers Terry and Demetris 'Big Meech' Flenory. Gricelda Chavez, Lisa Buford, Tiffany Gloster, and Tonesa Welch claimed to be the wives and girlfriends of Big Meech, his brother Terry and a couple other BMF cronies. Too bad they got their asses handed to them by Big Meech's mom after she personally reached out to BET to make sure the show was not picked up...

Read from the bottom up to see what Big Meech's mom had to say on the day she found out about plans for the show.

They need to stop with these wives shows. Letting our young girls think its just that easy to get a "reality" (and I use that term very loosely) show and gain some celebrity. Not so, let's encourage getting an education. That type of show would never see the light of day.

They were trying to get PAID! oh well didn't work, on to the next scheme..

I guess they want to live a little bit longer cause the message that was sent back to them wasn't no joke they did the right thing ladies stay safe no show is worth losing your life over ratings.

They need to read Coldest Winter Ever, enroll in community college and call it a life.

Hats off to Mommy Meech for putting a stop to this BS. Please, No more Black fuckery reality shows!!! (and what's up with these big ass suitcase looking knock-off hand bags?)

Just an observation...I see the mom called BET but is she condoning her son's lifestyle by calling herself "real big meech mom"?

Im not understanding why any of them would wanna should their faces on TV.. just because of the past.. ya know.. mines sure makes me stay put.. fuck a camera!!!lmao

I'm with you 4:09 p.m. Sounds more like someone wanted a little more recognition and a cut of the profit. As with most stories... There is most likely more to it.

@3:54 p.m. Supposedly, the bigger the handbag... The smaller your waist looks.

But something a BMF Wife would carry is probably to stash money and stolen goods. Fits the character of someone who could be involved with a man of that caliber.

Stop the madness. Enough already with these reality show. Thanks momma Meech for the intervention.

@ HOODRAT, you seem STUPID, STFU, Rick Ross been out of jail going on a few years. If you don't know about BMF, ignorance is bliss.

It's pathetic enough that young black men idolize these career criminal muthafuckas enough to name themselves after em.. this Mob Wives and BMF Wives bullshit just shows that there's now limits to how low reality TV is willing to go. The themes will only get more ridiculous. What's next, SERIAL KILLER WIVES?? Get the fuck outta here..

So now her family has some sort of moral standards?

Anonymous said...

If she wanted to put a stop to something it should have been the criminal activity her family was involved in for about 2 decades. No kudos to her ass from me.

Please provide the details of what or where this link leads to, whoever you are. Not everyone will just click on anything just because someone put it out there. Gracias.

5:53 I think Hood Rat was talking about Rick Ross the Rapper. He is always on Drug Dealer groupie shit. Its sad for a grown ass fat negro to idol worship anything or anybody, but it speaks volumes about where his head is when all he can talk about is people that sold drugs between the 1980's and 2007 and are either dead, ex-cons or locked up.

Str8 No Chaser

Wow. Another set of basic bishes trying to come up off of guzzling some famous men's nuts. None of these women started their own businesses or got college degrees off of that BMF drug money.

@5:53 you the stupid one Hoodrat was talking about the rapper Rick Ross saying Big Meech's name in a song and she was asking whether Big Meech was in jail or not.
@Hoodrat- Google Black Mafia Family

They look hella broke. Scheming didn't work...dumb hoes.

Just me said...

Instead of hating, Big Meech's mom should have cut herself into a deal to film with them...Taking financial advise from your jailbird son is not the business....I am looking at their outfits and cant tell what season it is....Boots and short sleeves...Fur and open shoes, I guess.

"My mother's nervous but she knows the deal"
Krs-One-Loves gonna get'cha

You knows those hoes weren't trying to cut Meech or his Momma in on that action. LMAO at BMF Wives not being wives. Same with RHOA. Do any of the wife shows featuring sisters have any REAL wives

I say the show still gets done somehow, someway.

Y'all sleeping on the power of Trainwreck TV.

$$$$ talks.

@BeeGee: What's next, SERIAL KILLER WIVES??
Believe it or not, they had a show like that.
The name escapes me. It was not a reality show though.

^ 227am are you serious. This is why I do not watch tv. Dvds from old tv sitcoms is what's on reg at my house. I am so glad BET did not pick this up, it would have made BET look more trashy. That Black Girls Rock is a good direction for BET. If they are to have reality tv shows, plz let it be one that is inspirational, encouraging and one that helps build character. BET have been trying to correct itself with Reed Between the Lines, and Let's Stay Together, plz BET keep going in this direction.

BET's hungry-thirsty asses probably could still sell the rights to someone else and let them air this bullshit. Selling out Black folks is their M.O. and there is definitely a market for this kind of programming. The theme of their show series can't be much different than the ones that are already on TV, and a lot of people would love to see it. I'm curious to know how many episodes were filmed.

"If they are to have reality tv shows, plz let it be one that is inspirational, encouraging and one that helps build character."
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

This is BET right? How the heck is it Black Entertainment Television when it is owned by Viacom, run by a Jew, Sumner Redstone. Old Jew Redstone made too much money off the cooning on VH1 and BET to stop now. Bring on the f*ckery.

@2:27 am cosign.
What BET did realistically was refuse to cut in any of those BMF hoes in on a producing credit. BET is going to scout out 4 other gangsta hoes willing to work for pennies an episode, free shoes and knock-off bags, no residuals and no producing credits. Ideas get turned down and copied all the time. Trust, someone is looking at the market and advertising for this.

This post should have hundreds of comments. I know I'm not the only one that could go on and on about women that want to be caught up with drug dealers and the family members that look the other way as long as they benefitted from illegal drug activity.

detroit hoes are a MESS. There's a whole illogical dress code there (see the cuffs on the freshouttatheclink girl's jeans-smmfh). If you hvn't lived there u lucky!

Anonymous said...

The drug dealers had women all over the country. Who knows if all of these women are from Detroit? The men were heavily involved in criminal activities in Atlanta and Los Angeles, too, so these women could be from anywhere.

UUUMMM...why didn't these hoes catch a conspiracy charge? Go figure!
