Halle wants to move to France with her current boyfriend actor Olivier Martinez because she believes it will be safer for her and Nahla.
Of course Nahla's father, model Gabriel Aubry, is against the move and thinks Halle is doing it to punish him.

It's very rare that a USA family country judge will allow a divorced parent to move out of state with a child, much less out of the country--unless the other parent is a deadbeat and not active in the child's life.
Perhaps, Berry will be an exception since she can easily pay the judge off.
