At best, she is delusional. I certainly believe she has been shielded and protected and her only opinion on show business is that's it's fun, easy, etc....I don't get the sense from her that she has a strong work ethic. I just don't. Furthermore, it's too early for her to deal with her mother's life in film when she is processing her death. The publicity from her mom's death wasn't her doing but I DO think she was/is eating up the attention she got from fucking her play brother. I mean they kept denying it but then I saw a clip of them walking, in public, holding hands, her clearly spotting the camera and thing kissing him right after. I think she likes this taste of fame she's getting.
