Kevin and Torrei have been apart for over a year [click here if you missed that] but recently, when Torrei was ordered to pay Kevin's attorney fees for a motion she filed, Torrei was ready to take it to the streets.

The divorce was recently finalized and they were in court for post divorce matters, and yesterday, the judge sanctioned Torrei, causing her to become irate and combative. "At the conclusion of the hearing in which the judge ordered Torrei to pay Debra Opri's legal fees for a filing motion Torrei was absolutely livid that she had been ordered to pay a portion of Kevin's legal fees, and she lunged at Debra Opri, who was in the hallway at this point. Several sheriff's deputies had to restrain Torrei and separated the two. Torrei said that Opri was a 'b*tch,' and Opri was shaken up after the incident. Torrei wasn't arrested," an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
Kevin's powerhouse attorney brokered the divorce which gives him joint custody of the former couple's two children, and our sources tell us he is a devoted dad. "Kevin pays Torrei child support and just wishes that Torrei would get over the bitter feelings she has towards him for the sake of the children," the insider tells us.

Flaunt his success (that she helped him create) and his new light skin upgrade in her face...That had to hurt and paying his attorney's fees when he CLEARLY can afford it was the straw that broke the camel's back. Torrei has every right to be angry, but most of all it is not the anger it is the hurt and pain that she is feeling from this man that she loved, who was her husband for 10+ years, and the two children she gave him, and overnight he dumped and abandoned her and did't think twice about it. This is so sad, Kevin will pay for what he did to Torrei (who was with him since the beginning - a broke and a nobody). I think I even remember either Kevin Hart saying it, or maybe it was a rumor on a blog, but, they had said that the reason for the divorce was b/c there was no prenup. And Kevin wanted to protect his future assets - since his career was beginning to take off - and he didn't want her to take half of his success. That is really unfortunate. I know AI (76ers) gets a lot flack, but, I respect dude, cause despite all the bullshyt he refuses to let his first love go - doesn't want to grant her a divorce - and AI even spoke about how he wanted to be married to someone that came before the fame.
