Humans ARE fragile as evidenced by the tantrums displayed in the comments here daily --comments on fragile acting adults, by fragile acting adults to be more precise. Babies seems fragile and like you might break them too. I dunno, I didn't baby sit a lot so when I was around babies I DID THINK THEY WOULD BREAK. A newborn in bjorn or snugly does not move much at all. Women who have been pregnant know that while their babies move a lot in the womb it's not a coordinated effort. That remains so after the baby is born and until it becomes SELF AWARE. At this point it recognises that it is an individual and before that it has been working on how to make arms and legs work when they want them to, but they have not mastered it. Think of this scenario: person gets brain damage and has to learn to walk, talk all over again or feed themselves. This indicates that these are LEARNED activities so a baby not moving legs that they don't know exist does not seemed far fetched to me. This whole the baby never moves thing is a bunch of bullshit from people who don't know any better in my opinion.
Could very well be a doll but the conjecture used to promote that it is a doll i.e. "the legs never move" (IN STILL IMAGES I MIGHT ADD--side eyeing all the people looking at still pictures talking about moving legs) does not support the theory due to the things I pointed out earlier, at least not for me.

As a mother, I can attest that, even at birth, my child has NEVER laid still as long as Blue Ivy seems to do.
My baby eats every 2-4 hours and is changed every 2-4 hours;Blue Ivy seems to never eat nor need a changing since there is never a diaper bag in sight. The only things Ive seen them carry are items for themselves ie a cellphone, a water bottle,etc.
Being in that many clothes in the hot sun would definitely make my child cry and squirm. Yet Ivy seems to be perfectly comfortable in a snowsuit in 101 degree weather.

Ive been a mom to a newborn 2 different times, and I have friends and relatives who has been moms to newborns.
A diaper bag is VITAL.
If youre not feeding the baby one hour, the next hour it needs a diaper change and you need to get the diaper,powder, and wipes out the bag.
If it doesnt need a diaper change, then time to change its onesie because it spit up all over it.
Then its time to dig around for a paci because the baby is being fussy.
Then the baby bored and needs it toy out of the bag.
before you know it, just when youre about to sit down, time for another feeding.
This has been my experience with a newborn, along with all the other moms I know, including my own mom.
It is just IMPOSSIBLE to ever go out, even for 10 minutes for a quick errand, without a diaper bag.
Impossible.
