I too have natural hair. I used to have relaxer years ago in middle school and hated it.
Without the chemicals my hair is healthier and longer than ever. Like that person, I also prefer being able to wearing my hair straight when I want, and curly when I want. I never have too worry about getting it wet, sweating out a relaxer or my roots looking a mess because I need a touch up. That's just my preference.

I'm currently and In law school and I really feel that an education is wonderful to have, but what about your personality and character. Some of the worst people to deal with are highly educated. The reason educated black women stay single is simply because we except a nigga to kiss our ass when we are well established. The reality is that black women are wayyyyyyyyyyyy more likely to get that promotion compared to her male counterpart. You can scream all day how educated you are, but are you really a good woman. So many women can't cook or even clean their own house. We still except a man to spoil us just because we got an education and a good job.I would marry a blue collar nigga in a minute with a prenuptial agreement, because I'm not going to allow him to walk away with almost half of what I have earned.
