T.I. has been low key involved in a simmering rap feud between his artist, Australian rapper Iggy Azalea and Harlem rapper Azealia Banks.
In a recent interview T.I. calls the beef between Azealia and Iggy 'bitch shit' and says Azealia needs to get a man to address him on her behalf...
Azealia Banks' beef with Iggy Azalea [who is white] stems from a lyric Iggy spit calling herself a runaway slave master.
Iggy and Azealia's cold war boiled over after Iggy was chosen over Azealia as the first female ever to grace the XXL Magazine Freshman Class Cover. On the same day the cover hit the stands Azealia called out Iggy, XXL and T.I. in a series of angry tweets and T.I. explains why he never responded.
Tip tells the Morning Riot,
"I ain’t even know nothin’ about it till just now. I didn’t even see it. I know they going through their thing, but the fact that she’s speaking upon me and mine, that is what I consider bitch shit. I’m a man. Get your man to address me. If you got a man, get him to address me. You ain’t got no business addressing me. keep dealing with that woman. Y’all handle that. I actually agree with T.I. That's the old school southern way to do things. Women and men (unless husband and wife or brother and sister) do not argue. Your husband/brother/father will argue with a man on your behalf but it is rude and disrespectful for a man to address a woman in such a way.
