Last year Usher's litter brother, music producer James Lackey, was arrested for attacking his baby mother and their child [click here if you missed that].
Apparently things haven't gotten any better between them because now they're fighting over money. Usher's money...
James is suing to have his $1,300 a month child support order lowered claiming he doesn't make enough money to meet his current obligations.
But James' baby mama is not buying it and said as much in her recent court filings,
"Given his opulent lifestyle, he has substantial income and assets available to him. He produces music with and for his brother Usher, he owns a recording studio, receives royalties, and owns a home and has several cars."The case goes to trial next month.

Damn, so just because his sibling is rich, she expect to have more money? If not for his brother, he probably wouldn't have much work at all. Just because he has those things don't mean he earned them. Obviously they're from Usher's earnings, not his. Usher has his own child support to pay, and remember, Tameka wants more. Why should he has to pay for Tameka's other sons, let alone his brother's?

So many people in the industry are broke but front because they use different methods of getting what they want and use the little money they have to make it look like more. I know this all to well. It's very common in LA. The record company will own everything from the house they live in to the cars they drive and give them a very small per diem allowance to stretch and live off of.
I have never heard Usher claim not to have any money...ever! He has just said he's not giving Tameka's ugly ass any more which is right. As I STATED BEFORE. it is the responsibility of BOTH parents, not just the man. i stand by that statement because MANY women seem to think that child support is paid so that they can go SHOPPINg, GET THEIR NAILS DONE, GET THEIR HAIR DONE. I can't WAIT until the courts put an order in place to place a portion of child support into a TRUST! You should probably look that up because based on your response, it is HIGHLY PROBABLE that you don't know what one is: i will refer you to the baby momma of 50 cent, SHENIQUA (Yours is probably SHANAKWA), but I digress. Sheniqua received $25,000 per month without being ordered by a court to pay child support. Now Sheniqua knew all about the Gucci stores, Louie stores, and Prada bags, but when she went to COURT to ask the judge for $50,000 per month from 50, she could not produce DOCUMENTS to show what she had purchased for her son(chickenhead move. Her child support was then reduced to $6,000 per month because in addition to 50 giving her $25,000 month in child support, he was also paying for his son's school, medical, etc etc. So you see DUMB BITCH, that there is a reason for my statement. This young lady probably pays $600 per month for rent, or lives with her momma, and more than likely isn't too smart anyway because usher's brother gives me NOTHING BUT a gay vibe, but once again, I digress! She thought she hit the jackpot because she got pregnant by the BROTHER, keyword being BROTHER, of a superstar. Now she's in court begging for more money and talking about business that does not apply to her. Personally, I think that judges need to send a message to women who think they can have children in order to get a check. Everyone I know who has a child works together with the parent to make sure that the child's needs are taken care of..a lot of men provide for their children, but these lazy heifers think that it's their money, when in fact, the money is for the child.
I remember the case with 50 cent, and it was despicable. How do you not know where the child support money has gone?
