One month after Whitney Houston died there were rumors that her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was changing her last name to Houston [click here if you missed that].
It didn't do much to dispel the rumors when Bobbi Kristina was distinctly introduced without the Brown at the Billboard Music Awards [click here if you missed that], but her father Bobby Brown says Bobbi Kris changing her last name is never gonna happen...
Bobby tells MTV
"She can't change her last name, her name is her name. She'll forever be known as Bobbi Kristina Brown. There's no changing that, there's no taking that back."

He sounds like a fool because plenty of people change there names and she is older enough to do it without his permission or opinion. As the generation move on there will forget about the Brown on the end of BK name especially if she makes a name for herself. We can all tell that Bobbi is in denial about this child feelings and issues he thinks that it will all go away and that BK will be back on his terms very soon but I don't see that happening.

Truthfully, she can change her name all she wants. It doesn't change who she is and I believe that's what Bobby is trying to say. We don't get to choose our race, our parents, our family.
