The Defense and the Prosecution have both rested their case in the William Balfour murder trial...
William Balfour is accused of murdering Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and 7 year old nephew in 2008 because his then wife, Jennifer's sister Julia, was cheating on him.
The defense rested their case after calling only two police detectives to testify. William did not take the stand in his own defense.
The jury is set to begin deliberations after closing arguments today.

I turn on the television now and all i see is Jennifer Hudson promo...weight watchers, she's part of the best box office successes in 2012 soundtrack..she's on TV with Clive Davis while he tells the world she is the NEW WHITNEY...she's doing Whitney tributes...she's getting married to sum wresler dude instead of her long time boyfriend who was still in her life when she won the oscar. People if you're trying to convince yourself that Jennifer Hudson's life has not changed before your eyes since this tragic event...you need to give it up. Go with your gut feeling that something isn't right...stop fighting that voice that discerns and tells you when to see clearly. Who in here thinks Jennifer Hudson is the new Whitney??...NO ONE, not even the show host that rejected the notion out of Clive's mouth. That was just a drug deal gone bad. Englewood is a shit neighborhood in Chicago where its a murder every day. I don't think dude killed her fam, but some other drug dealers.
