Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry are going through the messiest of child custody battles and it just got messier...
According to reports Gabriel Aubry showed up in court yesterday to request $500,000 in attorney's fees and $20,000.00 a month in child support from Halle Berry.
Gabe intended to argue that he needed the money in order to care for their 4 year old daughter Nahla in the manner she is accustomed to, but the paperwork was filled out incorrectly and the case was continued.
Halle Berry is seeking full custody of Nahla and permission to move with the child to France, which would effectively shut down any child support requests.

We are not privy to what went on in the relationship. Gabriel was her living sprem donor from the way she treats him. Halle has accussed him of everything but child molestation to get her way. She will pay something in the end. Gabriel knows her secrets and he is hte father of her child. She isn't going to have him physically harmed... especially since she grew up without a father. My mother used to tell me and my sisters a long time ago that men were going to start asking for sole custudy so that they would not have to pay child support. There is even an attorney that works on the behalf of men only in cases of divorce and child custody. Times are changing; better be wise.

Halle is a DBR (damaged beyond repair) and will be miserable with any relationship. Her daughter will side with her father when she is old enough to know better. From the pictures I have seem Nahla seems very happy with her father. When she is an adult and reads about what her mother did, that will be the end.
