Deion and Pilar Sanders' bitter divorce came to a head after each accused the other of a physical attack one night after Deion Sanders was photographed on the red carpet with Tracey Edmonds [click here if you missed that].
In recent court proceedings Pilar produced an audio recording of the entire argument leading up to the physical confrontation and it appears Deion attacked Pilar because she told him to shut up and called him a bitch...

Testimony resumed after lunch. Larry Friedman, Pilar's attorney, finished cross-examination with a few questions poking more holes in Deion Sanders' statements.
FRIEDMAN: You told Good Morning America you never touched Mrs. Sanders. Is that true.
DEION SANDERS: Yes sir.
FRIEDMAN: But that's not the truth. You did touch her.
DEION SANDERS: Yes sir.
FRIEDMAN: You told TMZ you would never touch a woman. But that's not the truth because you did touch Mrs. Sanders on April 23, 2012.
DEION SANDERS: Yes sir.
An audio recording of the April 23 argument between Deion and Pilar Sanders was just played in court that challenges some of Deion’s testimony and provides the first clear picture of the fight that led to the dramatic hearing underway right now. The recording lasted 26-minutes and begins with the sound of a piano playing. Pilar said it was the piano instructor playing. But Deion maintains that the piano instructor was not even in the house that day. Deion insists the person playing the piano was one of his sons.
On the recording, Pilar sounds calm when asking to see her 10-year-old son at Deion’s bedroom door. “I can’t let you in,” the couple’s 12-year-old was heard saying. “I’m not asking you to let me in,” Pilar said without raising her voice. “I’m not going to go in. Can you open the door? I give you my word.”
The children sounded torn between the mother and father and were upset at their fights. The 12-year-old said his little brother was not going to come see his mother despite her pleas. “I’m his mother and this is the last time,” Pilar told the 12-year-old. “Tell him to come here and stop disrespecting me, his mother.”
Deion can then be heard calmly saying “Please get out of my room.”
“Shut up,” Pilar responded to Deion. “You don’t walk away with my kids! You hear me? They’re my kids. You want to kidnap my sons?! I have not seen them since Friday!” Deion kept repeating “please get out of my room.”
“Shut up!,” she said. On the stand, Deion shook his head up and down as if he remembered it.
“I don’t care about your daddy,” Pilar told the 12-year-old as he pleaded with her to leave him alone. “He means nothing to me. I’m trying to be very nice. This is still my house.”
“You’re the king of lies, Mr. Cheater!,” Pilar continued. “And you’re going to have my kids around the person you’re cheating with? You kidding me?!,” she exclaimed.
“Let me see my sons, please!,” Pilar continued. “I want to see my son that you kidnapped for three days. You did not have sole custody of him. You cannot do this,” Pilar said.
Deion again repeated calmly to Pilar to leave his room. “Shut up b***h!,” Pilar said.
No sooner did she say that than Pilar began screaming. Her legal team said her reply set him off and in reality she did not leap at him but he attacked her. It sounded as if a commotion or fight might have been underway. Pilar was screaming.
“GET OUT OF MY ROOM!,” Deion yelled. “GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!”
“You’re such a little b***h,” she added as Deion screamed back at her. “You’re a sad excuse for a man,” Pilar told him.
“Get out of my house, please,” Deion continued. “Stop!” she said. Deion sounded like he lost his temper. “This ain’t no man!,” Pilar told her oldest son about his father.
Moments later, Prosper police officers arrived at the house and separated Deion and Pilar.

During Monday's hearing, the judge also ruled Deion was only acting in self-defense when he injured Pilar during an altercation at the mansion on April 23. The judge said Pilar could face a fine for her role in the alleged attack.
The judge also ruled that Pilar and Deion's 3 minor children must undergo psychological counseling.

A Texas judge ordered Deion Sanders' estranged wife on Monday to stay at least 500 yards away from the former NFL star's suburban Dallas home in a ruling stemming from a scuffle between the pair last month.
State District Judge Ray Wheless also gave the Hall of Famer temporary custody of the former couple's children pending a full custody hearing, and ordered that the children undergo psychological counseling.
Wheless ruled that the injuries to Pilar Sanders, which she alleged her husband inflicted during an April 23 scuffle at their $5.7 million home in Prospect, were a result of Deion Sanders defending himself from her assault. Wheless said that since Deion Sanders experienced no pain, it was only simple assault, which is punishable by a fine.
Following that altercation, Dion Sanders tweeted that she'd attacked him and he posted a photo of his children filling out police reports. He later removed the photo.
The ruling came at the end of three days of hearings in the Sanders' divorce case. Messages left for attorneys for both Deion and Pilar Sanders were not returned Monday night.
But a message posted on Deion Sanders' Twitter account late Monday read: "GOD IS SO GOOD! DON'T EVER DOUBT HIM NO MATTER HOW YOUR SITUATION LOOKS. TRUST HIM PLEASE. HE IS SO FAITHFUL."
The hearings started last week at the Collin County Courthouse in McKinney, about 30 miles north of Dallas. Deion Sanders filed for divorce in December, but the pair still shared the home until Pilar Sanders' arrest after the scuffle.
Both were charged with misdemeanor simple assault after the spat, and both were seeking protective orders against each other. Only Deion Sanders received the court protection.
Police Officer John Gardner, who responded to the disturbance call at the Sanders home with another officer, testified last week that Deion Sanders said he was in a kitchen area attached to his bedroom in his end of the house when Pilar Sanders began kicking the kitchen door. He told the officer that his wife began slapping him, so he grabbed her by the waist and carried her from the bedroom.
He reported that when he got outside the bedroom, his wife and her friend began to hit him.
Asked how Pilar Sanders may have injured her lip, as it appeared in her mug shot, Gardner said her injury looked like she might have bitten it. Gardner and the other police officer who responded both said they didn't see any signs of an attack on Pilar Sanders, who told police she entered her husband's bedroom because she hadn't seen one of their sons for three days.

Ok. I have heard all this information and the things the stick out to me are:
1) The eldest boy did not even want to open the door for her. I know kids whose parents are addicted and have left them and have used them during their drug abuse and they still want to be with their mother. Those kids dont want to be with their mother. It is nothing he could do about that.
2) She's standing at the door cussing and making a scene with a friend recording, how immature is that. Her actions are why the kids probably dont want anything to do with her. If the judge say thru the evidence and said no the kids stay with their father then the tape did not help her case. She initiated the domestic violence and she got what she was asking for.
Should Deion have hit her? No, but how much can a man take? If all of that happened then it is probably not the first time, so she looks really bad and the judge didnt believe she was hurt in a fight. She was lucky she was still in the house, now that she is out its over for her.
Deion is crazy like a fox and Pilar is dumb as hell. She has to find her own place with her own money and with this foolishness she will get nothing more than her prearranged payment in the prenup because of all of this foolishness. All Deion had to do was get her out of the house and her recording made it possible so he's winning and the kids stay loosing.
