The temporary order was granted after Michelle Rodman explained how Dennis came to her house at 2am, stinking drunk, demanding to see their son and then pushed her down after she refused.
Michelle says Dennis eventually left, but came back hours later asking to take their son out to breakfast. Michelle agreed, but tagged along and says Dennis proceeded to down 5 or 6 shots of Jägermeister and then began yelling about her new boyfriend,
