Two Los Angeles police officers will not face charges for leaking pictures of Rihanna's battered face to TMZ...
Back in 2009 LA police officers Rebbecca Reyes and Blanca Lopez were put on administrative leave after it was suspected that they were responsible for leaking pictures of Rihanna's bruised and battered face, after she was assaulted by Chris Brown, to the media [click here if you missed that].
After a three year investigation prosecutors have decided not to charge Rebbecca or Blanca with any crime. They are still facing disciplinary action from LAPD.

If I were Rhianna, I would hire some folks to beat their asses then have their pics leaked..
Actually, they violated Chris's legal rights. Those pics swayed public opinion before Chris had his day in court.That fact they were cops ,should be considered evidence tampering.
Chris might have grounds for a civil suit against cops in general.

And it was these SAME two dishonest, corrupt and unscrupulous female LAPD officers who sold that picture to TMZ, who were THEN quoted in that "Cell Phone Records Warrant" aka "Police Report" that everyone now mistakes for Rihanna's actual statement.
You, as a witness, CANNOT give a written statement WITHOUT signing it. That cell phone records warrant, if you pay careful attention, does NOT bear the signature of Rihanna Fenty ANYWHERE..!! The only two who signed it are LAPD Det. Deshon Andrews, and Judge Patricia Schnegg - NO Rihanna signature ANYWHERE!!
Deshon Andrews is NOT a "first responder", the two female officers, who sold that picture to TMZ, are! Deshon Andrews took statements from those two - now revealed to be disgraced, malfeasant, law-breaking officers - and it can be read in that Cell Phone Warrant.

"Sources say Rihanna was the first one to strike -- slapping and striking Brown "numerous times" while he was driving, after seeing the text message from another woman.
