According to reports Snoop was stopped by customs officials who discovered his stash and a large amount of cash, more cash than is legally allowed.
Snoop was fined $8,600 for the cash and marijuana violations and released.
If Snoop didn't have short term memory loss from excessive drug use he would have remembered the last time he carried too much cash and got fined in Norway [click here if you missed that].
