Newly signed New York Knick Jason Kidd was arrested over the weekend for getting plastered and wrapping his car around a telephone pole...
According to reports, after leaving a charity event in the Hamptons hosted by Ne-Yo, an already drunk Jason stopped by South Hamptons night club SL for a nightcap and partied until he was asked to leave for swinging off a chandelier and breaking it. Witnesses tell BarstoolSports Jason was so drunk he had be carried out by security.
Not surprisingly Jason crashed into a telephone pole, snapping it in half, before he could make it home.
Police were called to the scene and Jason was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries before being arraigned on a misdemeanor DWI charge and released.
