Several prayer posts with intelligible spellings continued to appear and visitors to Bynum's Facebook page began questioning the text.
Bynum's prayer posts soon caught the attention of the media, with one reporter at a spirituality and faith website speculating that the minister was communicating "in tongues."
On one prayer post, visitor Cindy McCraw commented, expressing her agreement.
"I believe it's tongues (holy spirit). It's called praying in the Spirit," McCraw wrote.
Another visitor to the page expressed disbelief.
"Are you typing tongues? Or are my eyes playing tricks on me," questioned Damita Stargell.
Since the prayer posts have appeared, visitors have been debating whether it was possible for a Christian to write or type in tongues, since the Bible only depicts those inspired by the Holy Spirit speaking in tongues.
"I'm not sure about typing in tongues, guys...keep praying though, but let's not type in tongues...that's not even biblical," wrote Jeremiah Givens, adding the hashtag "#allInLove" at the end of his comment.
Other visitors to Bynum's Facebook page were calling for the inexplicable text to be translated, and for the Pentecostal minister to address the speculation that she was typing in tongues.
"God did not tell her to type in tongues...I think every sane/spiritual person knows this to be true... an explanation/interpretation should really be made in order for the confusion and ruckus to cease," wrote Kischa Loree Pena .
Pena continued, "Dr. Bynum...I think you should defend yourself. If the spirit fell so hard that you lost control of your typing, just say so. Too many people are being led astray and fed false teaching/doctrine in a time when a pure and sincere relationship with our heavenly Father is necessary...and I am saddened by these posts."
The Christian Post called the Dr. Juanita Bnyum Ministries Tuesday and asked for a comment regarding the controversial prayer posts. A message was taken but CP was informed by a receptionist that it was unclear if anyone intended to return the call...

wow so many people out there are so mean they forget that pastors are not god, they are still real human beings just like we are, sinners just like we are, pastors are only put into our lives as guidance to help us, church is like rehab for people fighting to get their soul and spirit back together,if they were no churches or pastors where would alot people be, this world would be ten times crazier, people are constantly watching others so much that they lose track and focus on their own lives, the ones with nasty comments probably have their own skeletons in their closet who are pointing fingers, women of god juanita bynum you keep ministering and doing your thing and do what god called u to do and be it does not matter what people say, it matters what god says or does, juanita bynum is powerful woman given that gift by god, some others are just haters that they were not called or given this gift by god they wonder why they get so jealous when they see others shining they are still dealing with alot of selfishness withing their own selves god lifts up those who are humble, people read the chapter james 3, teaches you bout humbleness, meekness and ext. Juanita Bynum will always have god by her side no matter what people say, she is strong to be able to even face all this criticism and im sure all she can do is pray for enemies and take their criticism in consideration if it even is relevant, a person is not just strong physically but a person is strong spiritually and you know you are strong when you know how to deal with any rough situation, with a person like Juanita Bynum to deal with critics she is obvioulsy has no fear for people but only so much fear for god that she confesses just to not continue to deceive gods people, most others would take secrets to their graves if they had to, god only has what is revealed that is relevant to reveal by using someone to help others and the fact she can endure all these persecutions is a woman we all ought to respect, i pray for juanita bynum in the name of jesus may she continue shine and glory and more glory and more glory upon her life till she receives her real reward in heaven sitting on her throne everyone lets try to focus more on being the best servant for god and receive the crown in heaven instead focusing to point fingers what others do so we dont lose track in our lives or childrens lives or family cause were so busy clocking overtime in other people lives PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR OWN LIFE AND GOD WILL MOVE IN YOUR LIFE, JUANITA WILL BE OKAY AND STILL BE BLESSED. AMEN.
