Test tube/In-vitro IDENDTICAL twins are VERY RARE. Those 2 are identical (one fertilized egg which split in half, resulting in two babies). It is more likely that Kim is VERY fertile and has eggs that are prone to splitting.

Who said Kim had anything to do with them meeting? Those are his children and he can have them around each other if he wants....besides neither Kim nor Sarah was his wife at the time so they're all in the same boat.
