I wound up marrying a guy who was raised without his mother, and he turned out to be a major abuser. This explains a lot of Stevie J's behavior toward women. I'd even bet that he beat on that ass a few times as well.
I'm kinda mixed on this; MiMi may have been abandoned by her mother, but she is raising a daughter, not wilding out by sleeping with random dudes and having them around her daughter and she works and is self sufficient. Evidently there is something in her that is allowing her to NOT do to her daughter what was done to her. Being abandoned by a parent is a sad issue; how one would deal with it would determine how they evolve. I believe that if MiMi allowed this to consume her she would be reckless.

i have dated 4 men who were not raised by bio mom.. my first love was given up at the age of 1 by his mom.. aunt raised and spoiled him.. he has no respect for women or their feelings.. he has kids all over and has been in and out of jail because he was never taught by his aunt or uncle what a real man is,, they spoiled him.. now he's a drug addict with a drug addict girlfriend.. he will never have a thing.. another guy his mom died and he was very disrepectful toward me.. his dad spoiled him instead of showing him how to be a man.. next man i hung on for dear life with this man whowas raised with abusive adoptive parents.. bio mom dissed him and so did other parents.. he is very disrespectful and refused to work a decnt job.. too lazy to get his hands dirty.. he was expecting me to take care of him like other women did.. he was all for himself. last but not least another ex was adopted.. parents were drunks and drug addicts.. adoptive dad was a cheater and made babies on his wife..bio dad was so in love with bio mom he allowed her to be the sorry mom she was.. this man tried to get me to trust him so he could walk all over me.. he was a liar and a cheat.. lazy too.. he has people thinking i am the bad guy and he is the saint.. dumped him.. tired of these men and their mommy issues..took me a long time to figure it out.. tried to work with these men but it only got me a slap in the face. well 3 of them have regrets.. wishing they were still with me.. they did not deserve me.. you can not be a savior or his mommy..the more you do the worse they treat you..
