I've been in the industry 10 years and in different markets. Im not saying there are no Africans that are legitimatly middle to upper class but their number is no where near the number of middle to upper class African Americans.

I was here and I don't remember the majority saying they wouldn't pay for their kids education if they had the money. I understand the history and effects of Colonialism, but why beg, borrow, or steal to run over here to America and then claim how more successful you are then us Black Americans, instead of rebuilding your own countries? I know you all would rather be over here than suffering in your own homelands, but Africa's problems today are really because of it's own Natives. The deep, intense corruption and stealing by government officials has left the infrastructure of many countries in shambles.
As a Black American, I am both ashamed of and feel sorry for many Africans. It's so bad in some countries that I completely understand why they are willing to kill themselves trying to leave.
But coming over here and promoting the delusion that you all are more successful than us doesn't change the facts. Nor does it solve the problems in your country.
