Last night there was a disturbance at Katherine Jackson's house after Janet and Randy Jackson tried to remove Michael Jackson's kids from the home...
Police were called to the house in Calabasas, which is rented for Katherine by Michael Jackson's estate, and Randy and Janet were forced to leave without Prince Michael, Paris or Blanket.
According to reports Janet and Randy were trying to take the kids by private jet to meet with their grandmother at the spa in Arizona where she has been staying for the past few days.
Insiders claim Katherine Jackson's nephew Trent prevented the children from leaving because he believed they were going to be used for a photo-op by a web site with connections to Randy Jackson.
Security at the house in Calabasas have been told not to admit Janet or Randy under any circumstances.

I believe the photo op of Katherine was a fake, it was put on to show she is alive and well. Why hasnt the kids spoke with their Guardian? Katherine's nephew is not the guardian... there is a bigger picture here. This is all about money and control over Katherine. The reports are that someone outside of the Jackson family filed a report of elder abuse. They have not said who was said to be the suspect. So the Jacksons grab up Katherine and put her in hiding. They won't even let her speak to LA PD. So they went to get MJ's kids only after Paris wouldn't shut up and they started to get public complaints. Now after they're not allowed to take the children they want to say that Trent is the one who was accused of elder abuse. My guess is that either Randy, Jermaine, or Rebbie were accused of elderly abuse so they're trying to remove Katherine from the equation and the investigation. They probably know that the estate could step in and request a 3rd party guardian for Katherine to handle her part of the money which would then cut out everyone. I think people signed that letter for different reasons. I believe that AEG is harrassing Katherine and Janet, Rebbie, and Tito signed the letter based on that situation. I believe Randy and Jermaine are pissed off that the estate has refused to give them money for their child support that they requested directly from the Estate. There are 2 different motives here to correspond to 2 different subjects going on in that letter. I'm not surprised at all about Randy and Jermaine doing something like that, but I can say that I'm REALLY shocked that Janet slapped Paris. I always thought Janet was the only sane one out of all of them, but I guess I was dead wrong.
This has turned really ugly very quickly! Janet's lucky that no one pressed charges.
First of all, Janet & Co. had no business trying to just take the children from the house. At this point, they have no reason to trust her. She took away the grandmother and won't let her communicate with them. For all she knows, they might actually be dragging them off to a Swiss boarding school with no way of returning.
If the whole point was to take them to their grandmother, then Mrs. Jackson should have called them and let them know that. If someone ambushes me and tells me to get in the car, I don't care who you are -- I'm not going.
The fact that their first order of business was to try and confiscate Paris' phone says a lot right there.
I realize that Janet doesn't want to have to support the moochers when Mrs. Jackson is gone. She should just tell them to get jobs and be done with it. They'll get over it sooner or later.

The had the power of sympathy and grief to their advantage. Fans of Michael love him, but not everyone who loved his work has been snapping up his albums and went to see This Is It when he came out/went to DVD. The executors have had to keep working to make money, pay off big debts and keep KPPB living comfortably. Michael didn't die and then suddenly there was a billion dollars to divvy up. He had interests and holdings and 50% ownership of that catalog, but there wasn't money/cash to just pay off hundreds of millions of dollars of debt. That had to be generated by the deals that have been done since his passing (This Is It the film, the licensing deal promising 7 music projects, Cirque du Soleil's show).
Now there's more money and that money will go to finish off the debt and feed into the trust for KPPB and charity.
