If there's a 4 3/4 flight and a 3-hour time difference, and the will is signed at 9:00 a.m. first thing in LA, say that takes 1/2 an hour, then 1 hour to get to the airport, 4 h 45 min flight time, he would arrive in NY city at 5:45 p.m., after business hours.

Randy even sent tweeted, when Katherine lost custody and TJ got temporary custody, that he didn't understand why they took Katherine's guardianship away, because "TJ had been taking care of the children all along-- I don't see the difference".
The lawyers don't even have to open their bag of tricks. This scheme was so stupid, and Randy constantly putting everything out in the media is making the lawyer's jobs easier.
@12:22pm Miss Katherine cannot fire the Estate lawyers. They can remove her, as you've seen, but they were instated by the will and that power is above her.
@5:17 the Executors'fees and Miss K's share was laid out in the will. She has a generous percentage. They have a standard percentage that is actually lower than the usual for estates of this size. You can research that.
Cosign at 4:53/4:59 and to whomever said Katherine "enjoyed" having a house full of young kids to raise, I'm sure she enjoys being a grandma, but her sons have been known to have kids willy nilly and leave them at Hayvenhurst for her to raise along with various and sundry paramours, wives, ex-wives, girlfriends, jumpoffs, and random hangers on. She went to Calabasas to get away from that. Calabasas house is owned by the Estate, not Miss K. Hayvenhurst is owned by the Estate b/c Michael bought it, remember? Michael allowed the family to use it, but he footed the bill(s)...for everything.
Many in the fan community have had their questions about the will since it was released, however the overwhelming majority believe Michael intended the distribution to be as it is: money for the children, charity, and Miss Katherine (and none for his siblings and father who have their own business ventures). What most questioned was the date/location of signing and the particular individuals instated as executors. The distribution isn't really in question. His children and mother are sitting lovely financially.

In the 80s The Jacksons used to do a bit during their shows (at least I thought it was a bit) where Randy would start doing crazy things. Like slamming the keys on the keyboard or grabbing the mic and trying to sing over MJ. Then MJ usually or another brother would try to get him to stop. Like "Randy! Randy! No!".
Then there's the story about Tina Turner having to shoot Randy. Apparently Randy's girlfriend at the time was staying with Tina and the girlfriend didn't want to be bothered with Randy. The rumor is that Randy tried to break in because the GF was ignoring him. Randy confirmed that Tina shot him on twitter.

In Michael's trust the Kids don't get the money until they are 40 but in this will they get it much sooner. Why? so the executors can control immature teens.

The kids got 40%, Katherine got 40% to use during her lifetime, and 20% goes to charity.
Prince, Paris and Blanket have no control of the money until they are 30. Until then, they only receive an allowance, determined solely by the estate's trustee.
When each of the kids turn 30 the trustees must then give them a third of their share outright. When the kids reach 35, they get half of their share outright.
At age 40 they get whatever is left.
Katherine's money is also handled by the trust. At no time will Katherine get a lump sum she will only get an allowance. So once she dies whatever is left of her 40% set aside for her allowance goes to the childrens share. Meaning once she dies the Jackson siblings get nothing unless Katherine finds some way to save up some of her allowance every month.
The Will mentions the trust but they are two different documents. So the will only states the percentage of how much the kids get vs Katherine and the charity. But the trust sets up how the money is dispersed.
The unnamed then girlfriend is bernadette robi.

Actually.....
You can get from NY to California in 8 hours on a jet. Also Michael Joseph Jackson does not wait for "business hours". So if he wanted his will done and he got home at 9 pm I assure you that his lawyers will be at his home at 9 pm to make sure his will is done and signed.

MJ had a contract with a private jet company. I don't believe he owned his own jet but he only took private jets. Owning one is too costly the fuel alone without considering the cost of paying the pilot and staff is ridiculous.
